In the hamlet Bodone 12 km from the centre of Gravedona, 60 km from the centre of Como, 64 km from the centre of Lugano, in an elevated position on a slope, 12 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 20 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. Patio, garden furniture. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 6 km long narrow motor access (100 m via unmade road, mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 6 km, supermarket 13 km, bus stop 5.6 km, railway station "Como" 60 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 39 km.
