Padre Paradise

Very bad experience! This stay did not go as expected. With all the amenities that were explained in the add of the house we were very excited to be there with our group of friends. We got to the house and it said there was a (HOT TUB, BBQ GRILL,WIFI,WORKING TELEVISIONS.) none of that was there. We double checked the info and it said there was definite all of these but none were there. The WiFi did not work, tvs were broke cause they couldn’t connect to WiFi and also there barely and cell service. To top everything off we had 3 pregnant woman in our group and there was no hot water in the house. We tried contacting multiple numbers that were given to us for help no one answered and when finally getting a call back after 24hrs they had no care in the world that any of this was going on and they’d have someone out Monday which was a whole day after when our check out would of been if we would of stayed.

Bummer A fine home in a great location. Problem was that the owner was unable to provide internet service, which was necessary for work. We moved after two nights and owner refunded our fee for remaining nights.
