I made a reservation with this particular location several weeks ago, but they somehow did not have my reservation when I arrived. I spoke with Alex as well as a female over the phone to confirm my reservation. The lady confirmed my reservation several times over the phone, so I thought I had no worries. I arrived at the hotel at about 1 AM on 10/21/22. Alex tells me that he did not have a reservation for me, even after holding my license in his hand and comparing with his system. Although I still had the reservation attached to my email and pulled up. I didn’t argue. I didn’t get upset. I simply left. It was obvious that during the homecoming weekend, he chose to sell the room I had reserved. In my opinion, that’s a terrible business practice and a lack of care for consumers. This could’ve been a terrible situation , but thankfully, the Hilton had rooms available. I don’t wish him or his business any Ill-will, but I’ll be taking my business to more professional and reliable business owners.
