Everthing was good except for the dogs barking next door. When I booked I missed that it was a pet friendly hotel my mistake.... Besides that the place is clean and I would recommend it to anyone that is pet friendly.

We got in late from Salem. Hotel was easy to locate. Front desk seemed annoyed and unfriendly as we were checking in. Great beds, large room, hot shower with great water pressure, breakfast was not good, food was cold. I would give it another shot.

I am not sure where people normally stay if this is a nice hotel to them. We were exhausted and our original hotel we were planning to stay outside the city filled up before we got there. We were there for like 8 hours getting a few hours of sleep before flying out. We saw shady things going on out in the parking lot. Our room was so hot and smelled when we walked in like something overly sweet which was probably masking up some other smells. We could not get the Air to be comfortable- when it was on no matter the temperature was freezing cold and was so loud. When it was off it got hot within five minutes. There was dirt and nasty stuff all over the couch. There was scribbled markers and marks all over the desk. The carpet was thread bare and there were 2 bath towels- no hand towels or wash cloths at all in the room. The bed was the only thing that felt clean I checked every piece of it. I didn't think any other room there would be better given what we saw. We just were exhausted and needed sleep but I will sleep in my car next time rather than stay here. I can't believe that we spent over $350 for one night at this dump.

Do not stay here, for a Marriott it is terrible. The hotel has cockroaches and there is a whole floor dedicated to migrants. We have stayed here before when flying in to visit family this hotel has definitely gone down hill. When we told the front desk about the roaches they acted like they were unaware of this issue.

7 night stay using as a base to explore Boston area. Room was great with everything working. Beds comfy, fridge useful & shower powerful. Hector the manager checked us in & we found all the team were nice & helpful. Breakfast was ok apart from the meat. 1 day in 7 got bacon. Other days sausage. Thank goodness for the waffle maker. Location good to get to places like Salem & Boston. Just take care don’t miss the turning on or you have a 3 mile detour to get back. Overall pleased we found this hotel & would recommend

I stayed at this hotel from 9/13 - 9/15 of 2024. When we arrived, our hotel room smelled very strongly like smoke and especially ****. I called the front desk and the man working set a maintenance man up to spray some carpet cleaner. However, in an hour the smell was back. The bathroom had the strongest odor and the shower curtain reeked so terribly of smoke, it gave us headaches. I don't understand how the maids didn't say anything or remove the shower curtain and attempt to rid the room of the smell. I just got home and my entire suitcase and all my clothes smell like smoke and ****. Also, on Saturday when I went for breakfast. There was no coffee creamer left and when I asked about it, I was told they were out, and the lady at the front desk seemed very unbothered by it. She was busy scrolling through her personal phone, than caring about the customers needs. I thought the hotel was nice, but a few of the staff were rude/or seemed more concerned with their phones, then performing their jobs. I have terrible allergies and the room smell has lingered with me. I'm glad I didn't have my children with me as the smell would have caused me to leave the hotel and find a room elsewhere, but as I was with an adult, I just dealt with it, but I wish now that I had left and found another hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet on the sixth floor. The breakfast was good most days. The hotel was well maintained. The best part of my long-term stay was the interaction with the staff. Hector (manager) was very helpful and accommodating in resolving both a reservation and long term stay rate issue to my satisfaction. Overall, Hector was polite and made me feel that he genuinely cared about the quality of my stay. Suzette (House keeping manager) was also very friendly and attentive to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The housekeeping staff offered the same quality of service especially, Juana who serviced my room. The front desk staff (Shenise and Pax) were courteous and helpful. If the hot tub was working, I would have rated my experience 5/5.

We were in town for 24 hours so it was a very brief stay. I was not particularly impressed with this hotel. The elevator floor tiles are cracked and sloppy looking. The room itself was clean but very dated. The bathrooms need an overhaul. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. Fortunately, there were only two of us traveling because you only get two towels. The drapes were falling down as well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would probably try somewhere else if we ever go back.
