We have visited this hotel for our Easter Holidays. I read few negative reviews and have to say I was a bit apprehensive. None of the reviews were truthful. WiFi and Safe is free! Room are spacious, and clean. Cleaner has cleaned and mopped our room every single day. Towels were changed. Our daughter was sick one night and they came and changed it very promptly with all clean and new stuff. There is a lot of negative comments about the blankets, I have to agree they weren’t my favourite either, but all it took is to go to reception and ask for duvets and they were delivered to our room within minutes. People say beds are hard, our beds were really comfy and we had a great sleep! Our room had a lovely spacious balcony which was lovely to sit on at night. Yes the pools were quite cold, but we didn’t expect more as it was start of the season and nights were still chilly. Waterpark and lazy river are really great! It was cold, but you get use to it. The warm pool is a great addition to the hotel. Kids club is also brilliant! Our daughter was under 3 when we were there, so couldn’t leave her alone there, however we were welcomed and she was able to join in activities and benefit from the play park. Entertainment and shows at night were enjoyable! It is a truly all inclusive holiday, you do not need to pay anything extra. There is only a small hut with ice cream/slushys but it’s not in your face and you don’t need to use it. Free ice creams are a good choice and the hut is open twice a day which is plenty enough. Food outlets are good! You cannot expect a sirloin steak in an all inclusive restaurant. My husband and middle daughter are extremely picky and they never went hungry! I loved the turkey steaks and salads 🥰 there is always something for everyone! Pizzas out of the fast food hut is a must! The best pizza ever! Staff are very pleasant! Reception was always happy to help with any comments. There was an older gentleman, I lost a card with his name but he was so very helpful all the time we needed something! In the last day, we checked out in the morning, went on a boat trip and returned to the hotel before our transfer we were able to enjoy all the facilities, there is a store room for luggage just behind the desk. The beach is the only let down to this hotel, but if you walk 200m or so to the left, there is a lovely beach there. When we spoke to staff on our departure they said there is plans to completely refurbish beach for 2026 season! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would return. It’s just a perfect size of a hotel with everything near by. Our teens were able to stay out at night and we felt safe for them to do so. Oh forgot to mention the arcade is a great addition too and it’s not expensive! Forgot to mention the foam party was awesome. And also we rented the car from reception it was very easy process and we enjoyed driving into Antalya and exploring the

When we booked, we knew we weren’t going to be getting a 5* experience because it was the cheapest A/I holiday available for the dates we could do. And it was just fine. Rooms were comfortable and clean enough, the beds are quite hard but we’re not fussy and slept well. The food in the main restaurant is ok - enough to not feel hungry each day but we avoided the fruit because it was kept outside and constantly covered with flies. Despite being there in August, we never struggled to find a table. The food places dotted around are much better - the pide in the restaurant was delicious, the snack bar was consistently tasty and the gozeleme were amazing! Free ice cream is hardly ever available and after the first couple of days we didn’t bother because they weren’t that nice. We’re all non drinkers so can’t comment on the free alcohol, but the non alcoholic options were fine for us, and there are fridges with water all over the place. The pool areas are good, waterslides only open a few hours a day so they get busy, and the lifeguards are definitely more interested in chatting up the teenaged girls than watching what’s going on! The lazy river was fun, we spent lots of time in there! In general, the staff were pretty disengaged. The evening entertainment was mixed, we enjoyed a couple of the dance shows. All in all, we were happy being here as a family but it’s obvious why it’s the cheapest option!
