With a privileged tranquil location close to Prazeres, overlooking the rolling countryside and the sea, this beautiful air-conditioned new villa is finished to the highest standards in a contemporary décor and offers a fantastic inside/outside open plan living area and terrace with pool deck overlooking the surrounding countryside and sea.
Refurbished and extended from an old stone cottage, it features such luxuries as en-suite shower-rooms, a high-tech kitchen with built-in wine chiller, smart TV with a Netflix account for guests use and a separate games/leisure room, allowing guests to experience the great lifestyle that its name implies.
The open-plan living area with seating area, dining area and open-plan kitchen features large sliding glass doors, turning it into an inside/outside space that extends to the front terrace and al-fresco eating area that winds around to the side and the built-in barbecue.
