The Venue Residence

Отель находится на шумной "радужной" улице, которая усеяна барами, где выступают кабаре шоу- "мужского" пола. В номере относительно тихо(номер 201).В номере чисто, есть фен, чайник, чашки, стаканы и бокалы. Из наборов было кофе, чай и гель для душа, шапочки для душа. Не хватило зубных щеток, шампуня и кондиционера. В баре посидеть просто так нельзя, надо купить что то на 180 бат, но не сильно и хотелось. Номер соответствует фото отеля.

酒店位置在酒吧街內，但隔音做得非常好，完全不會嘈吵；酒店大堂兼任酒吧所以不會見到明顯的前台，但只要找到職員就沒有問題；房間很大非常清潔沒有異味基本設施齊備；職員會說英文，服務態度極好，還幫我們打開在超市買的椰青。

I was in February and March. It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, everything is always great. Excellent location - within walking distance of the beach, massage, exchange offices and the ubiquitous 7/11. Thanks for friendly Team, special thanks to the manager.

Great room. Great service. Great price. Be prepared to hear some music in the evening from the Cabaret Show downstairs. Great room stewards as well. Close to the beach and may entertainment venues. I will stay there again when I return. But will make sure I am not directly over the Cabaret show.

This reviewer strives to assess fairly and objectively across the full spectrum of scores and I am not afraid to be constructively critical where this is warranted. I find that my readers value and rely on this. The Venue is a small boutique hotel of a 3* grade however it delivers consistently to a 5* standard within its category. I have been staying for many years and have yet to find any significant criticism. The hotel is ably managed by Managing Director David and Manager, Chris. The management team provide a welcoming and clean environment that is both comfortable and friendly. The Venue is located within the Jomtien Complex and is perfectly situated to access a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach and the Baht Bus into Pattaya (fare 10 Baht) operates from the entrance of the complex. There is an inviting entrance to the hotel that can be accessed by steps or ramp. Once inside it isn't immediately apparent where to go however the bar is to the left and is staffed until midnight. There is always member of management available in the office during daytime hours. After midnight there is a security member of staff on the ground floor. All staff are welcoming. There is a small indoor swimming pool. At the time of my visit a hot tub was being renovated next to the swimming pool this will hopefully provide a most welcome and excellent addition. There are deveral categories of rooms available which, broadly speaking, offer similar facilities, but of differant sizes. All are attractive and I have always found them to be comfortable. The beds now benefit from duvets and that makes a high difference. The airconditioning is very effective and fairly quiet and there is good natural light. There is ample storage space and a safe in each room. Bed linen and towels are changed daily and the room is cleaned. There is a bathroom with shower leading off from the bedroom. The showers may not be the most powerful however they are perfectly adequate. I had a room located at the back of the hotel. These are much quieter than rooms at the front (it is important to remember that The Jomtien Complex is a very active social area) and I couldn't hear a sound after retiring. I slept like a lamb. All bars and Entertainment establishments close at 02:00 and the entire complex falls silent. Two new executive rooms have been added this year, both of which have an extensive terrace with seating and a small table, a lounger and a large outdoor Jacuzzi bath. I found it very pleasant to lie in the tub after experiencing the Venue show and listen to the comings and goings in the complex. The terrace benefits from privacy canopies however there is a nice view of Jomtien Complex. The bar is open until midnight and food is served on a very pleasant balcony from 09:00 until 21:00 (14:00 on Tuesdays). All items are freshly prepared and are of a really good quality. Just had their 3 course pre show meal for 195 baht. Great food, personable service and great value. The pepper sauce is awesome. Chris does a fabulous job keeping this a top destination if your heading to jomtiem. Make sure you are famished if you are having the meal as it is enormous. Sadly, i was able to eat it all :)
