I stayed at a hotel in Patna while on a business trip. The hotel had a perfect ambience and was within my budget. The staff was very supportive, humble, and quick in their services. The restaurant, Seven Spices, served delicious food in their buffet and also took custom orders. I especially appreciated the dedicated attention and service of Miss Aditi and Anjali to all the guests. They went above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers. Kudos to all of them. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for business travelers due to its proximity to key business areas. However, the overall condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The room is quite average, offering only basic amenities. The walls show clear signs of wear and tear, indicating a need for renovation. Given its current state, the hotel does not justify the premium prices it charges. It appears that this hotel might have been a great choice over a decade ago, but it has since lost much of its charm and appeal

A friendly visit to this place turned into an amazing experience of service with a smile. Got to meet Varun jee, the *** behind this hotel. His team is amazing. Food is wow. Would remember the care displayed by Kamlesh jee, Loukush jee, Anjali jee, Aditi jee, Chandr Prakash jee and Sonu jee. My gratitude and Thanks to the Team! Grow and keep serving guests of Patna and Bihar with such love and care!

Overall my experience is good and staff are very helpful special mrs nitu and Aditi are very helpful, food is good, if you all are planning to come patna so, I suggest you this red velvet hotel samparan... rooms are clean they maintain properly...

Awesome property with nice staff and superb hospitality. Location of hotel is also very good. One mention able staff is Miss Aditi, Senior GSA. She was very humble and helpful. Sr. Captain Chandan was also very responsible towards his duties.

It was a excellent experience in the property. It’s an excellent hotel , located centrally . With 70 buffet items the breakfast is outstanding. Special mention the reception desk staffs , diligently working around the clock . Restaurant staffs are equally good and helpful. Probably one of the best options in PATNA

I was staying on business trip in Redvelvet Hotel Samarpan in PATNA. Truly good experience. Comfortable for uninterupted work or Pleasure trip. Very good experience, especially in restaurant, with variety of cuisine. South Indian dishes were prepared with right amount of spice. Kudos to Aditi and team for excellent treatment. Check in and check out was seamless.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where I had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I have served by Chandan, Aditi & Neetu in the dining area during taking my breakfast. These guys are best and providing excellent services. I am very pleased with my stay and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
