Our group of 20 people recently stayed at the hotel, and I must say, the entire experience exceeded expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a stone’s throw from Gandhi Maidan and the Ashok Samrat Convention Centre, with quick access to the airport flyover, which made commuting hassle-free. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Gaurav Shandilya, the General Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the smooth operations and high standards of hospitality throughout the property. Special thanks also to Mr. Upender and the entire front desk team for their professionalism and warm welcome every single day. From day one, we experienced seamless check-ins and prompt service. Citrus restaurant staff and housekeeping were equally impressive—always friendly, efficient, and quick to respond. The buffet breakfast offered a generous spread with enough variety to keep things interesting for our entire group. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. On the rare occasion something needed fixing, the response was immediate. Coordinating a large group can often be a challenge, but here, everything went off without a hitch. Whether it was room arrangements, dietary requests, or housekeeping schedules, the staff managed it all with grace and efficiency. In summary, this was a truly enjoyable and stress-free stay. Highly recommended for both individual travelers and large groups alike.
