Good location to bazaar and transportation. Clean, bring a padlock if you care. Hot water geyser broken. Fan speed work.

Mattress was dirty just like the room, no proper room keys and rude behaviour. If you are with women don't ever book because the surroundings are also not good.

Location of this property is like a slum. No room services, no dining facility. Environment in rounding is bad. Dirty place, no cleaning or hygiene is maintained. I will never suggest to book this property. Even railway station platforms are cleaned than this hotel.

The approach to hotel is very bad and is flooded with water even during light rain. The rooms are congested so needs to make some more space for movement. Overall the hotel are not satisfactory for rainy season.

Great hotel ..very good location..located just near to bus stand very budget friendly hotel in patiala....they provided me pickup facility from railway station ...complimentary drinks ..free wifi ...everything was appropriate in this hotel
