Hampton Inn & Suites Pasco/Tri-Cities

Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport. Everything that you need for a stay in the Tri-Cities. Across the street from a mall. Large room with everything that you need. Breakfast was very good, with many options and good quality food. Would return and recommend.

I travel there for business. I’m there a lot. I left a very expensive sapphire and diamond ring on the counter in the room (my mistake I know) when I realized my mistake I called the hotel. They said the ring wasn’t there and hope that I find it. The ring won’t be found because it was left in the room. I wish I could stay somewhere else but it’s a company hotel.

Utterly dreadful noisy night/morning in Room 130 and Hampton Inn obviously know about the problem, judging by the immediate acknowledgment by desk staff. Traffic noise throughout the night and compounded by extremely loud banging, clattering of the kitchen (I have hearing aids which I don’t wear during the night) so the fact that the loud banging and clattering of loading/unloading metal on metal just shows how dreadful it was. The only other room they can offer is one directly opposite Room 130 which they assured me is quiet . I don’t believe it so they changed the room to 220 which is above the foyer with constant opening and closing of foyer doors. Not impressed.

I normally like to stay at a Hampton Inn. This visit has given me pause. 1. Price. The front desk person told me one price and when I went to sign the electronic credit card box, it's was $60 more than what was quoted. They told me it was taxes. Didn't provide me with a receipt or paperwork. I was exhausted and desperate so I just signed it. Turns out there was a $50 hold in case I trashed the room? 2. Didn't recognize my rewards info so no points for me. 3. Breakfast. Gross. Greasy. Bland. Blechh. 4. Speaking of the room... It looked like there was some sort of struggle at some point in that room. Walls were filthy, stained and scuffed. The bathroom was not clean. My bare feet, which has been in socks and shoes all day, were filthy from just walking on the hotel room floor. I should have just slept in my car. $150 was a rip off for such a poor quality stay. Shame on you!

Beautiful room, close to amenities including a quality grocery store. Great, kind, welcoming staff. Impeccably clean. Airport shuttle provided. The night I stayed the pricing was very reasonable so I gave five stars on the value. However I've looked into booking again and it is very expensive and may not be affordable for me. Possibly I lucked into a special rate or maybe the season has just changed. I'm sure it is worth the higher cost, just not in my budget. :-)

Clean and nice property with easy freeway access. Manager was training new employee and stepped in quickly to get us registered. Pillows were comfortable. New employee made a good recommendation for dinner within walking distance. Great.

Stayed here for 3 nights, updated and clean, quiet rooms, comfy beds and lux linens. Tasty breakfast buffet in a beautiful lobby with plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again! You'll need to ask to have your room cleaned. Not a big deal, it's a covid thing.

Very nice new Hotel. Spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable beds, T,V, could stand to be bigger for the size of the room. Only issue I had here, and it was MAJOR, wasn't a problem with the the Hotel or room or staff, but with Pasco itself. More appropriately, Pasco people. I got harassed for wearing a mask on my way back into the Hotel from my car. Now, I'm no novice to being harassed. For some INSANE reason these people are upset by my wearing a mask even though it couldn't possibly effect them, I take care of my mother who has bronchitis, I cant take the risk. Im not asking YOU to wear a mask, but STILL you feel the need to scream at me. Some people just cant let it go. But this was more hateful and angry, I felt threatened here. And they saw my car so I felt my car might be in danger too. I went back into the Hotel and tried to forget it, but it stuck with me. This is subtle terrorism. Im starting to feel its probably safer to not wear a mask to avoid conflict in places like this, as opposed to the risk of a deadly virus that my loved ones are susceptible to, that's terrorism! In the morning we rode down in the elevator with a old guy with a maga hat. I'm from a small Washington town, I know this stink when I smell it. Pasco STINKS! The Hampton Inn is very nice if you find yourself in this area. I wont be coming back.

I travel regularly (4-5 days per week) for work and when in Tri-cities where I have 2 large scale clients, this is the ONLY place I stay. Love the selection of food choices close, hiway access and minutes from anywhere in the tri-cities. Oh yeah.... the entire team of staff here is TOP NOTCH
