«Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles superiores, pero el tipo de habitación que nos dieron no era el correcto. Una de las dos habitaciones estaba muy por debajo del estándar. De hecho, ni siquiera tenía una ventana que diera al aire libre. La ventana daba a una sala de visitas. Y una de las paredes estaba dividida con un tablero duro, lo que era bastante inseguro. La pareja que tuvo que registrarse en esta habitación había informado a la persona que estaba en recepción sobre este problema en el momento del registro. Pidieron el tipo exacto de habitación por la que habíamos pagado. Pero simplemente les informaron de que el tipo de habitación no estaba disponible y se quedaron sin ninguna otra opción razonable. Esto es bastante frustrante después de haber pagado por las habitaciones en su totalidad antes de venir a Camboya.
Lo más importante es que, en el momento del check-out, la recepción no se hizo responsable de mi solicitud de reembolso de al menos la diferencia de precio a la pareja que tuvo que alojarse en esta habitación de estándar inferior. La recepcionista (Somaly) dijo que no era asunto suyo y que no deberíamos haber aceptado la habitación al llegar en primer lugar. Ni siquiera se molestó en considerar la situación real a la que nos enfrentábamos.
Entendemos que esto es muy poco profesional e irrazonable.
En cuanto al servicio de habitaciones, solo tuvimos dos bolsitas de té y dos botellas de agua para los tres días.
Las dos habitaciones tenían un olor muy desagradable, lo que significa que la limpieza no se hizo correctamente.
Por lo tanto, tengo que decir que el servicio de habitaciones tampoco es tan bueno.»

JJolene Lim PeiCosy and clean rooms! Service was also impeccable and they were kind enough to let us check in early which we were thankful for after our early start. One thing to note is that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, good enough for a couple but would be a teeny tiny small for a family. Overall, a good hotel to stay in nevertheless!

TTXpatNice hotel and staff. We only stayed one night before our return home, but very pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location but streets are narrow with no sidewalks, so preferred to travel by tuktuk.

Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.

RRon Joshua LowStayed at Ostro from 19th to 21st Mar. Had a really pleasant stay. My only complaints are that there was no fridge in the room and the shower had little water flow. What made up for the service was the Front Office Night time Receptionist. She was really friendly to my friend & I, she even treated us to a glass of beer on our last night. The day time receptionist was also really friendly & greeted with a smile each time. Such gestures are what make me come back to such establishments!

MMorning BeerEl hotel estaba convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones turísticas famosas y del centro.
La habitación era amplia y tenía un balcón donde podía fumar.
El personal también fue muy agradable.
Sin embargo, hubo un día en que un niño pequeño que parecía un niño de la calle andaba todo el tiempo en el piso donde yo me quedaba.
Además, la puerta de la habitación frente a la mía estaba abierta todo el tiempo y a menudo veía a una persona tatuada y de aspecto brusco fumando en la habitación.
No sé si era huésped o empleado del hotel, pero pasé 3 noches allí sintiéndome inseguro.

WwoodygoluckyThe hotel is located on a very small street filled with street vendors and small local shops…I found it very difficult to find a small shop to buy cigarettes and small snacks and felt a bit nervous walking in this neighborhood at night time. The room looked like the pictures though feels much, much older in real life. I chose a deluxe room with balcony. The clerk ran out of room key cards (???) and so had to give me a physical key. The power won’t work without a room card so they gave me a business card to put in the slot. The room was fine, but I cannot give five or four stars because of two issues: the roaches (in the bathroom, on the floor, and one crawled on me in the night, in bed), and the air conditioner, which blows directly at your face making it hard to sleep. The people were very nice, they even packed breakfast for me for my early check out, but I don’t think I would stay here again.
