As for the room, the bed and pillows are dirty with stains, wardrobe and cabinets are worn out, so they are jammed, or not in good condition.
Service wise, the staff are friendly and helpful, a little language barrier but all worked out.
Breakfast in buffet style but options are limited.»

«Came Batam for 2 nights but only managed to booked 1 night here as it was fully booked on a weekend. Its a very popular hotel so do book early.
Location was superb, walking distance to the instagramable cafes such as Itsumo, to big malls such as Grand Batam and surrounded by lots of good massage and dining options. The famous A2 eating place is also 5min walk away.
Hotel has a nice artistic touch was very new as it was barely 3 years old. Room and bathroom is still in very clean and good shape. Only downside was there is no bath tub in the room.
Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Buffet spread was not the best variety but was okay.
Overall stay here if you want to be in the heart of the action without need to travel out.»

«This is my 2nd time in this hotel.
The last time I stayed was almost more than 1 year ago.
The place had definitely went thru renovation as the rooms that we had stayed in level 2 were new, clean and fresh.
We were given choice to upgrade with additional 1,000.00++ rupees 2out of the 4 rooms that we had booked to family and executive room to accommodate the extra bed as there are 11 of us in total.
The location definitely is a killer as it was abt 3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall.
I guess the only set back is that the hotel doesn't comes with a pool for the kids and the GYM is still under maintenance.. The spa nothing great but it's not a concern for us as there are many spa/massage parlour along the hotel area.
The breakfast needs improvement however the staff is friendly and also ready to serve the guests at all cost.

«This is a relatively new hotel wih great facilities. I was upgrdaed from normal Deluxe room to Suite. Good spacious room with confoirtable bed. Main restaurant is at top floor for nice view of surrounding. Breakfast has a good spread of food choices and taste satisfactory. Buffet dinner at weekend that includes durians is very reasonable as well. Location is great at Nagoya area with many eateries, foodcourts and entertainment in the vicinity. Nearby mall include Nagoya Hill Mall and Nagoya Thamrin City. Not for swimmers though as no swimming pool. But still high recommended for its price and purpose of accomodation.»

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente. A la entrada del Grand Batam, con muchos restaurantes, grandes supermercados y tiendas. También estaba en contra del mercado húmedo y rodeado de muchas opciones de spa.
Todos acordamos que este hotel debe ser uno de los lugares convenientes para permanecer. Vamos a volver con más amigos en la próxima ronda.

HHuey MinWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Service was great — we requested extra towels and received them promptly. Check-in was quick and smooth, with friendly staff at the front desk. We also ordered food delivery during our stay, and the reception kindly received it on our behalf. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable experience!

RRachel Hwee PhengSelected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay.

Recent staying in the Premier suite room: Negative aspects are inadequate Warm / hot water inside shower room and inside the jacuzzi tub. The AC is not cooling enough even though AC temp settings is at 17 Deg C.
I believe it might be a one off event, as i have been staying at various rooms with fantastic AC.

IIrvin Jonah CheungThis hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc.
The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no ”extras” inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel.
There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

PPei ShanNo recomiendo a nadie quedarse allí durante el fin de semana, hay un club de noche cerca y puedes oír la música alta y los golpes a lo largo de la noche, más el tráfico de la carretera. La ubicación del hotel no estaba muy lejos de la tienda BCS, puedes tomar un agarre para llegar allí. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios, pero el baño tiene un olor a desechos que no era agradable, por lo que le aconsejaría que se cerrara la puerta.
