«Me alojé en este hotel una noche durante un viaje nocturno desde Pekín y quería compartir mi experiencia.
Al llegar, tomé el metro hasta el hotel. Caminar desde la estación fue un poco complicado porque las calles están en obras, por lo que no había señalización. ¡Esto hizo que cruzar la calle fuera bastante confuso y un poco inseguro!
Al registrarme, la recepcionista no hablaba mucho inglés. Me entregó la llave de la habitación sin explicarme en qué piso estaba ni dónde estaba el ascensor, así que otra persona tuvo que ayudarme. La recepción estaba bastante concurrida, ya que varios huéspedes salían al mismo tiempo. También solicité que incluyeran el desayuno en la tarifa, pero creo que no me entendió. Had sent some parcels to the hotel before checking in. Front office team took the time to find some of the parcels that were not sent directly to front desk (some were left at staff entrance by the deliveryman).
There is 2 bubble tea chain (chagee and a little tea) right opposite the hotel! 7-11 located right beside the hotel and a metro station exit right opposite the hotel. So much convenience around the hotel.»

«The location is excellent. You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street.
The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China.
The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.
For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand.»

«One of the best locations in Tianjin. Check-in was smooth, and I was even granted an early check-in, which was much appreciated. Prior to my stay, I contacted Duty Manager Viola via email, and she arranged an excellent room for us. Great service even before arrival.
The room itself was comfortable, though it was slightly warm as there was no air conditioning. During my stay, Tianjin’s weather was getting hotter, which did affect my sleep a little. The fan was not available during my stay and they could only open the windows.
Breakfast was decent overall. The manager at the breakfast restaurant was attentive and frequently topped up drinks, which made the experience more pleasant, though the food selection was just average.
I opted to pay for an upgrade to an executive room with executive lounge benefits during check-in. This included happy hour and free-flow drinks. Betty and Tuski at the lounge provided great service and were very attentive to our needs, making the experience more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a good stay at a reasonable price in a great location. I look forward to returning again soon.»

Llegamos a Tianjin relativamente temprano desde Pekín y nos dieron prioridad para registrarnos en el hotel a las 9 a. m., lo que nos permitió a nosotros, los mayores, descansar y divertirnos. «Honestly you would expect more from booking with a 5 star hotel. Firstly their front desk receptionist wasn’t the friendliest, the one attending to us was a tall chubby looking guy with glasses. Secondly, their housekeeping needs some extra training with the bedsheets. Doesn’t seem to know how to do it properly, bedsheets keep coming off even when there is no excess activities done on the bed. Thirdly, hotel is really old and used with old phone, old television, basically everything is old. Lastly, the gym is poorly maintained, and used by all sorts of people from all over the place. Staffs coming in to switch channels in order to watch the channel that they desired»

大床很舒服，冬季地熱取暖很舒服。
衞生：屋裡很乾凈，幾乎沒有死角都很乾凈。屋外院子裏桌子椅子時時有人打掃。
環境：位置在古鎮裏面，核心位置，不怕玩的晚。

En primer lugar, quiero dar las gracias al hermoso personal de la recepción por ayudarme a encontrar mi parcela el último día. ¡Fueron muy útiles y me ayudaron a llamar al hombre de entrega para que los guíe al hotel, y cuando llegó la parcela, lo enviaron a mi habitación por robot - servicio loco que parece ocurrir sólo en China!
El hotel está situado en una zona grande, está un poco ahogado/oculto de la carretera principal, pero hay suficiente señal para mostrar el camino para los conductores de taxis.
Se encuentra a pocos pasos del famoso puente Shizilin (puente forestal de Lion), donde se puede ver el viejo abuelo nadar en el río durante el día.
El hotel tiene una buena vista sobre el Tianjin Eye y otro famoso puente, el puente Jingang.
El lobby es muy grande y tiene un amplio asiento con asientos de estilo privado de cabina para llamadas, etc.
La habitación era moderna y limpia. La matraca era cómoda y tienen una paja de espuma de memoria para cada cama. La TV era grande con muchos canales, también había un gran bar de habla Bluetooth que fue una gran adición. El baño es lo suficientemente grande como para bailar en!
Lavandería gratuita, con detergentes, puedes pedirle al hotel que le cargue lavandería, pero no necesitamos ese servicio.

UUsuario invitadoHe estado en muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas y recientemente en una suite ejecutiva de élite en un crucero del río, pero nunca he experimentado la increíble reflexión, cuidado personal proactivo y servicio cortesía experimentado en Nostalgia S (que se encuentra en una hermosa carretera de lanternilla iluminada con grandes restaurantes, cafés y es un corto salto a Jingang Bridge y el Reloj del siglo. . Las bebidas y snacks (agua, yogur y zumo de naranja) están muy generosamente disponibles gratuitamente en el minibar y incluso ofrecen lavado oral basado en té. La primera noche, el huésped muy inconsiderado de la próxima habitación tocó música hasta las 1:30 de la mañana. PPaul YMe he alojado en este hotel no menos de 15 veces. Esta vez hubo un pequeño incidente. Hubo un problema con la fuente de alimentación de la tarjeta de la habitación. UUsuario invitado👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. UUsuario anónimoMy stay at The St. Regis Tianjin was overall a pleasant one, with some highlights in service and location.
During check-in, the initial room assigned to us was quite warm as it faced the sun directly. The air conditioning also seemed rather weak, and even with the curtains closed, the room remained uncomfortably hot. However, once our butler noticed the issue, he promptly arranged a room change to one not facing the sun, with much better cooling. This quick recovery really showed the hotel’s commitment to service.
Breakfast the next day was just okay, though they offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
Location-wise, this St. Regis is excellent, situated in the heart of the financial district and surrounded by popular attractions and large malls, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
A special shoutout to our butler Aiden, as well as Michelle, for providing excellent service throughout my short stay.
Overall, a solid stay with great service and a prime location.

Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway.
When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in,
we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return.
First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful.
They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room.
Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service.
No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China.
Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts.
All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin.
PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

UUsuario invitadoLa actitud del servicio es particularmente buena ~ El conserje es entusiasta y educado. Alguien le ayudará a llevar el equipaje a la habitación. La tía también es muy gentil y considerada. Esto es muy bueno en comparación con otros hoteles del mismo nivel. Si necesitas algo, lo organizarán con mucho cuidado y consideración.
Además, el aroma del vestíbulo huele genial. Las líneas de movimiento de la habitación están diseñadas de forma bastante razonable, especialmente el baño, que es el tipo de diseño de baño que uno imagina en las novelas. El lavabo es grande y exquisito, y la vista desde la ventana es hermosa.
El único inconveniente es que solo un lado de la mesita de noche tiene enchufe, la línea telefónica no es muy sensible y la tabla de planchar tiene algunas manchas.
Pero en general sigue siendo bueno 😊

A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
