«Great location at the end of Tianxingqiao Scenic Area so you can easily walk the path. The hotel itself is a bit faded, but the service was fantastic. Our concierge, Li Jun, provided excellent service and recommended some great things to do that we would not have known about otherwise, such as rafting which was great fun! They made sure to accommodate the needs of our children, and also helped us with free transport, which was very convenient.»

«民宿環境特別特別特別好，住的靠大街這邊，在樓下聽的聲音很大，結果非常安靜！！整個房間都很大！打開窗簾看外面超級漂亮，五樓是專門曬衣服的地方，超級大，沒想到還有架子能你曬鞋，洗衣機和烘乾機也是有的，很不錯。
民宿的馬桶和窗簾都是智能的，馬桶24h都是加熱的，凌晨上廁所也不會覺得冰冰的，旁邊還有一次性馬桶套，自己帶的都沒用上，一個是小了，二個是原本就有陪一次性用品，窗簾是小貝控制的，這個小貝有的時候要多對着説幾遍，才會關。
最最最最值得誇的就是服務了，首先是免費接送，一個電話就能來，司機有兩個好像，一個開車超快的哥，一個很穩的漂亮姐，到酒店先是給升級了房間，後面又是幫忙操作洗衣機之類的，晚上還給送了果盤，大雨也是義無反顧很快就來接了，真的很暖心啊啊啊啊啊啊啊，住了兩個晚上，後面要走的時候，老闆姐姐還在下面一直等沒出門，因為怕要送去汽車站，後面知道我還有時間多之後，還順帶把我帶去了鎮寧縣，沒有收費，還告訴我哪有好吃的，怎麼去汽車站或者打車什麼之類的，真的很貼心！！！！！！走的時候還給了一大袋子自己家的李子，還有一盒波波糖，也很好吃！知道是一個人來這邊玩之後，也很關心，給了很多各方面的建議，真的很棒啊，下次來了一定還住»

最絕的是，我們不聽勸（要下雨的天，老闆説讓前台給我們沖咖啡的），我們非要出去喝咖啡，結果喝完出來正趕上下雨，不近不遠的距離，打個車簡直比找對象還難，實在沒法，衹好求助老闆，沒想到人家在外辦事的路上也給我們秒安排[強][強][強]店員司機小哥哥風馳電掣就到，那一刻，他在我眼裡比超人還帥！小哥哥還和我朋友“審美同頻雷達”精準對上了，居然能一塊兒愛趙雷那首《畫》，這品味，也是絕了！！！

SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!

UUsuario anónimo兩次到關嶺都住了堯珈，這次分別體驗了瀑布村和望瀑，有對比就有發言權，堯珈的管理層應該把團隊的精英都安排在望瀑了。
望瀑的景觀不會缺乏美圖和盛讚，我就説説服務。小雪經驗豐富，訓練有素，給客人既提供了恰到好處的幫助的同時，又有着恰到好處的距離感，是酒店的加分項，且長得nice人也很nice。第二天辦理退房的小妹忘記問姓名，也留下了同樣印象，這意味着背後必定有一支優秀的團隊在運作。
我對以景觀取勝的民宿的餐廳從不抱有奢望，知道取捨，知道自己要購買的是什麼。但是！望瀑的餐廳又是一個加分項。菜品既體現了本地特色，呈現上又進行了品質升級，應該花了不少心思。如此高品質的餐食搭配景觀，誰捨得外出覓食？希望在店用餐的客人會越來越多，並且不要忽視餐酒的提供，這會成為加分項的加分項。另外就是餐具器皿的選擇，延續了商務餐飲的模式，這個絕對是可以優化的，尤其是燒椒皮蛋的餐具是為商務宴請轉動式圓桌設計的，對於堯珈的用餐環境而言即不好用又不協調。
入住期間遇到一些小插曲，本來我不介意，但感受到酒店團隊的努力，退房時處於幫助改進的角度多言了幾句，沒想到服務團隊以及背後的團隊有着更認真的重視與態度，這讓我相信望瀑一定會越做越好。
有如此多的加分項，再加把勁，完全有理由做出業界的一個標桿。

UUsuario invitado這次出行選擇的這家住宿完全超出預期，從預訂溝通到退房離開，全程都特別順心！老闆和老闆娘夫的服務也很貼心！
首先是位置超方便，去景區和周邊小商圈都很近，不用花太多時間在路上，其次是環境和衞生沒得挑，打開房門就眼前一亮——房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品嶄新，牆面桌面都整潔乾淨，落地窗採光也非常好，白天不用開燈也很亮堂，整體佈置很舒服，像臨時的“小家”一樣讓人放鬆。中途我們需要額外的洗漱用品，打電話後幾分鐘就送過來了，辦事高效，退房時也不用等，流程很順暢，還貼心提醒我們帶好隨身物品。最想誇的是服務超貼心，入住時老闆耐心講了周邊的遊玩路線，早上還提供送景區的服務。晚上我們逛完黃果樹回去時候下雨，叫不到車，老闆親自來接，服務非常貼心。
因為居住感覺非常好，所以我們臨時決定多住一天，老闆説我們的孩子都比較大了，所以為我們升級了更大的房間！
房間裏的設施也很新，實用，空調製冷制熱都快，WiFi信號穩定，晚上睡覺特別安靜，完全不會被打擾。性價比很高，值了！
下次如果有朋友來黃果樹玩，我一定會推薦給盆友！

We have booked two room, but unfortunately we have got one on the ground floor and it had a smell of mold as well as traces of mold on the ceiling and walls (which I understand is quite common in china) If we have got another room, I would evaluate our experience as excellent.

SShuibingyue1房間乾淨衞生，大熱天老闆人很好來回接送我們，聽了老闆的建議第一天下午16.00去大瀑布，人少可以體驗沒有約到的水簾洞，聽老闆的退了買好的大瀑布夜場，買了晚上19.30夜場陡坡堂，效果太棒了！夜場人少涼快體驗感非常好，第二天10點去了天星橋。愉快的旅程，謝謝老闆熱情的服務，強烈推薦這家。
