«Rooms are big and nicely furnished as expected of a 4 star hotel. Good location next to food street. However the some of the staff appear to be uninformed about the attractions nearby. It will be good if they know some basic directions to the various attractions such as the Marine park etc. The windows are dusty hence compromising the views. Breakfast is not as varied expected of a 5 star hotel in Asia.»

«Excellent clean room , friendly and helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable and you can choose what kind pillow you like latex pillow , buckwheat pillow and 2 other kinds of pillow. The breakfast buffet had a variety and delicious.»

«The place is located in a great area and the apartment is beautiful, however the building is just for sleeping it has no facilities but the biggest problems were the odors in the apartment. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell. The lady who received us was very kind and helpful.»

«因為看了親愛的客棧，就和朋友約着一起來海南來個環島旅行，網上剛好有優惠套餐，就決定住在這裏的，因為行程比較多，所以在這就住了一個晚上，對這次的選擇我和我朋友都非常滿意，剛到銀灘站酒店的工作人員就已經在站口等着我們了，到酒店後也非常貼心的準備好茶點和下午茶，整體感覺非常愜意，放鬆，工作人員態度非常好，也很細心因為我們想利用一天的時間多體驗一點項目，他們會把整個行程給我們安排的很完美，我們也很滿意整個的體驗，正好趕上大退潮，趕海也抓到很多螃蟹，第二天還會做好螃蟹粥（自己抓的🦀）給我們，非常鮮美，海邊的日落也非常美，隨便抓拍都美美出片。晚上工作人員還給我們送了兩杯調酒，下次時間更充足的時候會再來！»
