This 2091 sq foot 2 bedroom, luxury mountain lodge is just a 4 minute walk to the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort and directly on the free citywide shuttle route (outside front door). Starbucks, grocery, Rite Aid, sport's stores (Jan's and Coles), grocery, old town restaurants, and the movie theater are all within a few blocks of Moose Lodge. City Park and the Rail trail are accessible from across the street. City park offers open lawn space, a softball diamond, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, a playground and a state-of-the-art Skateboard Park. The golf course and Nordic skiing are also a block away. This is the absolute best location, close to everything you would want on your vacation, yet also very quiet. This home is kid-friendly with many toys for playing and videos (>40) and book library. The large great room is popular for guests to congregate and relax after a long ski day. It is a first-floor unit - very convenient for coming and going. Two assigned covered parking spots are included with rental. Additional parking permit for street parking available.
Moose Lodge includes a total of 10 two-bedroom units, with a common hot tub, one underground assigned parking lots, and a locked storage closet for your ski equipment. This unit features an open floor plan with a comfortable great room, the largest unit in the complex and on the first floor with access from both the garage and the street facing the ski slopes. This large 2-bedroom/2-bath double master suite condo features stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, a gas fireplace, 3 flat screen tv's (smart tv in giant great room and master bedroom) with Blue Ray, and hardwood flooring throughout. Since this unit faces Woodside Ave & 15th, it is very quiet while close to everything. Both bedrooms have black out blinds.
Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, two twins and a double/double bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining essentials. Additional amenities include FAST wireless internet access, work desk, children's games and toys, a DVD library, adult and children's books, and a private washer/dryer. The unit provides ample toiletries, two blow dryers and an iron and board. Air purifiers and water purifier in the home.
This is a very kid-friendly unit with a step stool in the bathroom and plenty of toys and puzzles. Everything you need is available in the unit including toiletries, condiments, DVD's, large tv, etc. If you have any special requests, let us know, we will fulfill your requests if possible.
Absolutely no smoking. Please respect Moose Lodge quiet hours 10pm-7am. This unit is ground floor and only connected on one side to other units, but please no parties. Owner lives a few doors down and no large groups with parties are allowed. White noise machines and blackout blinds are in both bedrooms but rarely needed. Additional fee for more than 6 guests.

Perfect location and place for families with toddlers
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were a party of two families with an almost 2 yr old and 3 yr old. The place was very clean, and the family living space was amazing for hanging out before and after a long day of skiing.The location was perfect for walking to the ski area and conveniently located to the market and bus stops to take into town.The covered parking was super convenient and was even able to fit our Grand Wagoneer rental SUV.Communication with the host was super easy and helpful.Overall: absolutely excellent place, we will be aiming to stay here in the coming years again!Rental SUV. Week 2 in Park City
This was our second week at the same property. We thoroughly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, it saved us a lot of money. We loved the location and could walk anywhere in Park City. I will stay here on our next visit.

Perfect PC stay!
Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting PC with a large group. Great, open space and comfy. Short walking distance to the slopes and PC base, and even downtown. Responsive and communicative host! Hoping to stay here again next time we visit PC.

Perfect condo in Park City
We had a wonderful experience at the condo. It was spacious and provided everything we needed for our ski weekend. Jen was readily accessible and answered all of our questions quickly. Check in was easy. The space was clean. The ski hill was a ten minute walk to the First Time Lift. Very doable with our teenagers. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Condo Walkable to Lifts
My family of two adults, two teenagers, and one child thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The owner communicated with us throughout the entire process, from answering questions while we were booking, to pre-check in, and then for our check out. We had absolutely everything we needed, and then some! Our family slept so comfortably, and there was a nice spacious living area, where we could all gather to play games and watch movies. Everything was thought of in this rental and our walk to the lift was around five minutes.
Would definitely stay again!

Awesome family vacay!
We had an amazing time in Park City! This property was in a great location! Walking distance to the slopes! The unit itself was perfect for our family of 6! Very spacious and very close to town. Property manager was great checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Check-in and check-out was a breeze! Would definitely come back again!
