Al principio el lavabo se vaciaba un poco lento, pero se solucionó después de que di mi opinión. El tema del que quiero hablar son las mujeres chinas en el restaurante. La habitación que reservé es la 112, que incluye servicio de desayuno, y es gratuito. Pedí un desayuno en la tablet y me lo entregaron a las 7:30 de la mañana. No llegó hasta las 7:35. Como tenía que coger un vuelo, fui al restaurante a comer solo. Se lo comuniqué al camarero y resultó que me habían entregado el desayuno en el piso de arriba y que tenía que pagar 60 euros al restaurante. Como no sé inglés, se lo expliqué y el gerente del restaurante me dijo con seguridad que aún así debía pagar. Después la señora fue a explicarle detalladamente la situación al gerente y entonces no tuve que pagar. Gracias. Aunque el dinero no es mucho, estoy muy feliz. La próxima vez que vaya a París, volveré a ir. Me olvidé de darle propina a quien le di. ¡Espero que el hotel pueda recompensarla por mí, o pueda pagarlo yo!

Solo puedo decir que la ubicación es muy buena.
Puedes ver el Arco del Triunfo cuando abres la ventana.
Pero todavía es un poco peligroso tomar una foto con el Arco de Triunfo a través de la ventana.
No recomendado a menos que elijas una habitación con balcón.

El transporte es muy conveniente. El metro es muy rápido para ir a cualquier lugar.
A solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro.

Se encuentra muy cerca de dos excelentes mercados y del canal Saint-Martin, repleto de restaurantes, bares y tiendas a ambas orillas. A esto hay que sumarle, otros atractivos que se encuentran en las inmediaciones, como el jardín Villemin, el pasaje Brady y las iglesias de Saint-Vincent-de-Paul y Saint-Laurent. Mientras que la ópera Garnier y el museo Centre Pompidou se encuentran a 30 minutos a pie. El propio hotel ocupa un bello edificio de ocho plantas de estilo haussmaniano que data del siglo XIX. Aunque la habitación no es de grandes dimensiones, es totalmente funcional. Todo el personal de servicio fue muy amable. Llegamos al hotel temprano el día del check-in y nos registramos sin problemas.
El desayuno del hotel es relativamente puro, con la misma variedad todos los días y una rica variedad. Lamentablemente me olvidé de tomar fotografías.
Cabe mencionar que el transporte del hotel es muy conveniente, la puerta es la salida 4 del Metro de París ”Estación Est”, hay líneas 4, 5 y 7. Se tarda menos de 20 minutos en llegar a las principales atracciones. Felicidad Me siento muy satisfecho y recomiendo aloj**** aquí.

Gracias a su excelente ubicación, numerosas atracciones turísticas como la ópera Garnier, las galerías Lafayette, el bulevar Haussmann, el Louvre, la plaza Vendôme y el Sagrado Corazón están a 30 minutos a pie. Además, la calle La Fayette queda en el cuadrante Norte del denominado «Silicon Sentier», o sea, del distrito tecnológico donde se han asentado grandes multinacionales, entre ellas algunas de las empresas tecnológicas reinantes. El hotel está situado en un edificio haussmaniano de seis plantas, que data de 1880. Contiene 103 habitaciones y suites de diversos tamaños, así como habitaciones conectadas. Gran hotel en una buena ubicación! A unos 10 minutos a pie de las Galerías Lafayette y Printemps. Mucha comida alrededor del hotel. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial al indicarle direcciones a lugares turísticos. El único inconveniente fue que el ascensor estaba en mantenimiento cuando estuvimos allí, sin embargo, el personal nos ayudó con el transporte de nuestro equipaje. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo si visito París!

Muy buena ubicación, está a unos 15 minutos de la torre a pie, la habitación al llegar organizada todo limpio, escuchas a los vecinos de arriba, de abajo, del lado, si quieres descansar lleva tapones, los 4 días que dure en el hotel tuve basura dentro, no hay servicio de limpieza mientras se está ahí, la luces del salón no encendían así que estaba oscuro.No hay jabón de ducha o cepillos dentales nada de eso. Ni un agua de bienvenida en el refrigerador. En general es un hotel que deja mucho que dejar mucho que desear.

La ubicación es muy buena, a dos minutos de la Estación Central de París y a 5 minutos del Pompidou, por lo que es cómodo ir a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones para comer y hacer compras cerca. Nuestra habitación era bastante pequeña para dos adultos y dos niños. El colchón de la cama de los adultos estaba en muy mal estado: estaba deformado y ondulado. La cama de los niños era prácticamente un sofá cama. No había ni una sola escobilla de baño en el baño que usamos con los niños. Después de usar el inodoro, no había forma de limpiarlo hasta que llegó el servicio de limpieza al día siguiente.
El personal fue muy amable: recepción, restaurante y personal de limpieza fueron excelentes. No tuvimos ningún problema durante el fin de semana, pero el lunes, a partir de las 10 de la mañana, se hizo imposible permanecer en la habitación durante el día debido a las obras de reforma en la planta baja. Se oían ruidos de taladros por todas partes. Suponemos que es solo una situación temporal.
Por último, la ubicación es realmente excelente, a pocos pasos de los principales lugares de interés histórico y del metro. No nos gustaron mucho los restaurantes de la zona, así que recomiendo investigar por tu cuenta. Si solo sales con la esperanza de encontrar un sitio para comer, puede que sea difícil encontrar algo realmente bueno.

El hotel está bien comunicado con el transporte público, y el aeropuerto de Orly se encuentra a unos 15 kilómetros.
Este establecimiento ha sido renovado recientemente y cuenta con 405 habitaciones y suites adaptadas para todo tipo de huéspedes: turistas, viajeros de negocios y aquellos que visitan la ciudad en familia. Entorno: El hotel está a unos 200 metros de la salida del metro. Está muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel. Puedes ver la enorme Torre Eiffel todos los días cuando sales. El transporte es muy cómodo. Es muy conveniente ir a los famosos Atracciones y centros comerciales
Servicio: El personal de servicio fue muy amable. Pagué el desayuno por mi cuenta. El desayuno era muy rico y los waffles estaban deliciosos.
Higiene: La higiene es buena, al menos no hay suciedad, y el sueño es muy cómodo.
Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son bastante satisfactorias. Parece un hotel que lleva mucho tiempo abierto. Hay algunos lugares deteriorados y viejos, pero no afecta a la convivencia.
En general, es muy bueno. Encontré un excelente lugar para alojarme durante mi viaje a París. Es tranquilo y cómodo. La próxima vez que venga a París, seguiré eligiendo el Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel.

UUsuario invitadoOnce our taxi pulled up in the driveway, we needed help with our heavy suitcases. There was 2 employees standing around , talking and laughing amongst themselves. In the end I had to approach to get help.

Not sure what happened since our last stay, but the service has dropped to what is now an unacceptably low level. It seems the ( very large) hotels focus on quantity at the expense of quality .

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. 1) organizamos una sorpresa romántica de bday a 60€, y durante el inicio de la sesión, el receptor preguntó “cuándo le gustaría el champán sorpresa” delante de la persona cuyo bday era, rompiendo la sorpresa. También hay muchos otros hoteles de este nivel que ofrecen algo complimentario.
2) se envió por correo electrónico a la hora de una entrada temprana, y el hotel no dijo que no llegaría sin la entrada.
La única opción era abrir la ventana y comer en vivo por mosquitos.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

ZZILIIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise
Introduction:
As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations.
Facilities:
The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more.
The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity!
Service:
It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience.
Safety & Transportation:
Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant.
Dining:
Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient.
Booking Recommendation:
Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!
