About the apartment:
This newly renovated Parisian apartment rental is located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building without an elevator. Upon entering you are greeted by the bright and open living area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for 2 guests. Additional linens are available for this bed. There is a flat-screen television in the entertainment unit with cable.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 plate electric cooker, oven and dishwasher, as well as a fridge, toaster, coffee maker etc. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack available for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. There is a table and chairs for 4 people where you can sit and enjoy your home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen area is a water closet with a toilet and sink.
The large bedroom is situated off the living room where you'll find a large double bed for two people. Luxurious bedding is provided and you will find the bed neatly made upon arrival.
