The assistant was very nervous and obsessively trying to help us book another hotel as soon as possible, without letting me come to my senses, sticking his nose into my smartphone during my hotel reservation and check-in on the Uber app. It was very tactless and unpleasant, because I entered my details on the phone to pay for another hotel and taxi. When I went to the toilet, he insisted that my daughter book a hotel from my smartphone in my absence. The toilet is very old and unrenovated, one for the entire floor, and even without a washbasin. When we left, the hostess gave us two half-liter bottles of water. Upon my return, I sent a request to Chambres HABILIS to cancel the wrong booking, which will take place in November, and for a refund. No response for a week now. We sent several emails. No answer. When I called, the hostess said that she did not understand, and when we translated our request into French and reminded her that she herself offered to return the money, she answered something very quickly, then said bye-bye and hung up. And yes, according to my impressions, Chambres HABILIS is a rather dilapidated place. We were very glad that we were able to stay that night in another hotel. Well, for two bottles of water and 10 minutes of Wi-Fi, we paid more than 60 euros at Chambres HABILIS. But is the reputation of Chambres HABILIS and his owner worth 60 euros? Not sure.
