El lugar es agradable y limpio y su sala de estar para comer es buena. La comida es sencilla y deliciosa. La vista junto a la piscina es hermosa. El mostrador es gente amable. Especialmente como amante de la naturaleza, tuve un momento maravilloso afuera de su edificio para contemplar la puesta de sol justo en el puente. Y teniendo un poco de tiempo para tomarse una foto frente a su hotel. Todo lo demás está bien. Que está cerca del aeropuerto y tienen contacto para conseguir un buen taxi para que puedas ir al aeropuerto de forma más segura. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

El personal de recepción fue amable y honesto sobre el costo de Grab en comparación con su propio servicio de transporte. La cafetería en el piso superior tiene una iluminación y un diseño agradables, pero no probé la comida. Como servicios adicionales, un café gratis sería una bendición para aquellos que tienen vuelos tempranos. La habitación individual era muy básica, con un colchón un poco duro, pero estaba limpia; estaba bien para una noche por la ubicación.

Nuestra experiencia de estadía en Hyatt Regency fue excelente, ya que pudimos obtener la mejor oferta de habitación más desayuno en Trip.com. Nos encantó la vista espectacular de los edificios de cristal dorado desde la piscina y los jardines. El hotel no solo brinda una experiencia lujosa y única, sino también comodidad, ya que es parte de City of Dreams, donde puede comprar, cenar y divertirse. También está situado cerca de los aeropuertos nacional e internacional de Manila, por lo que siempre puede estar en movimiento hacia su próximo destino después de mimarse en este hermoso lugar. ¡Tampoco podemos resistirnos a los deliciosos platos filipinos que se sirven para el desayuno! Es tan bueno y estamos muy contentos de haber agregado el desayuno en nuestra reserva. Este hotel definitivamente está incluido en nuestra lista de los mejores lugares para alojarse en Manila.

Location: 5/5 The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main shopping district and some great local restaurants. If you're a tourist, it's ideally located for exploring the city's major attractions. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the nearby museum, which was a nice touch! Check-in/Check-out: 4/5 The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. However, there was a slight delay with my room being ready (about 30 minutes past check-in time), but the staff apologized and offered complimentary drinks while I waited, which was appreciated. Check-out was equally easy and fast. Room: 4.5/5 The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and plenty of charging ports (always a plus). My only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times, especially in the evenings. However, the rainfall shower was amazing! Amenities: 4/5 The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with great views of the city skyline, perfect for evening cocktails. The pool area was also nice, though a bit smaller than I expected. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated that it was open 24 hours. I did not dine at the hotel’s restaurant, but the breakfast buffet looked delicious, with a variety of fresh options. Staff: 5/5 What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Every team member, from housekeeping to the concierge, was attentive and courteous. They made me feel truly welcomed and were always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. Value for Money: 4/5 While the hotel is on the pricier side, I felt it was worth it for the location and quality of service. The amenities and comfort level made it a great choice for a short stay. Overall Experience: 4.5/5 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grandview Hotel. It provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area, and I’ll certainly be returning for future trips!

It was a last minute booking, although the parking is free i think its a bit far from the hotel itself not from the casino. If you are up to casino or gaming perhaps the ambiance is okay for you but for us after we passed the security check, we dont like the odd smell in the lobby area. Difficult to locate which part is the hotel and casino area lol. The hotel room is huge with a bayview, did not enjoy the bed tho its too high to climb for an average height guest. Not allowed outside food which is bit of a shame. We didnt feel relaxed, we fell asleep because we are exhausted. Not going back again sorry 😬

Had a great time with the area. Though i just find the front desk officers not quite friendly and not wearing a smile. Also the guard in the casino not approacahble. Wearing smirk faces. (Though i understand they were tired) Kindly provide jcuzzi/tub gel. I find it amzing with the electronic bidet but i prefer to wash with the regular bidet. Great design of the room. The hallway leading to room does not smell fantastic, hot. Elevator does not smell good.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interconnected pool deck allows for easy access to multiple pools. Most Nobu hotel staff are very helpful especially Karl of front desk, but some staff are rude and very disrespectful the team of XRAY security. We asked them politely but they answered us in a disrespectful way, maybe they think they owned the hotel how they talk. Maybe they they just lack of manners because that’s how they grow up and they need more “RE TRAINING” to do how they treat a hotel guest. The hotel is connected to DreamPlay, an indoor theme park by DreamWorks, designed specifically for children. It offers interactive play zones based on popular DreamWorks movies, which will keep younger kids entertained. The hotel can be enjoyable for a family stay, especially if you're looking to balance luxury with activities for the kids. However, keep in mind that the casino and nightlife may be a downside for some. And booking through Trip.com is very convenient.

Si quieres ir a Nuwa desde el área DreamPlay con niños, tienes que tomar el transbordador porque sólo tienen una ruta que tiene que pasar por el ******, que es bastante desagradable. El hotel tiene una pequeña escala y dispone de instalaciones mínimas. Tenemos almuerzo en Crystal Dragon, que es de gran calidad, estilo Guangdong y la porción es bastante grande. La cena en Haliya, que es superior a la norma, sugiere reservas durante el fin de semana. No me di cuenta de que Nuwa no ofrece desayuno buffet (no estoy seguro si podemos tenerlo en Hyatt Regency?) Sólo teníamos un estilo filipinos un desayuno la carta junto a la piscina, un poco decepcionado.

El hotel está situado a poca distancia a pie de los complejos turísticos Okada y Solaire, lo que lo convierte en una opción perfecta para los amantes del entretenimiento. Las habitaciones eran amplias y limpias, lo que ofrecía una estancia cómoda. El personal era amable y atento, y se aseguró de que todas nuestras necesidades se cumplieran con prontitud.
