This place is UNICORN in Manila. My wife and I started our honeymoon at Gordon's place. It was very chic and nicely decorated. We both felt very much relaxed and luxurious and in awe of the location and amenities.The apartment is neat and clean with smart tech gadgets.The swimming pool is superb with sunset ocean view in 5th floor. The Okada casino just few steps away from this place, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, fountain shows. I heard there are more casinos and malls around but we might explore next time. We would highly recommend staying here and we would like to stay again on our next adventure in Manila. It was just what we both wanted from a place to stay, a good mix of home and away. We really loved the art and style that created a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Gordon and his assistant Marie was very helpful and detailed with the process of checking in and making sure we were comfortable.

Grand Westside Hotel is the newest hotel in the Bay area so we gave it a try. GOOD: 1. Would like to thank Ms. Gamboa, FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. She was hands on the whole time and we saw her going around making sure the guests were assisted during this high occupancy weekend. Salute👍🏽! 2. Cafe by Westside was elegantly designed and was bright with tall windows. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to enjoy different food options. I liked their cheese and charcuterie stations. 3. Complimentary Sauna and Steam room facilities for both male and female was very relaxing. Not common these days in hotels in the same star category. 4. Location is great being walkable to Okada and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. COULD BE MPROVED: 1. Not for hotel guests with huge suitcases for multi day use. The common rooms are very petite. No space to open a large suitcase. Or you can book the end corner units which are Executive Suites which are double the size of the common rooms. 2. The flimsy plastic white shower curtains make the toilet feel like a dormitory common shower. Since the hotel did not spend on the shower enclosures, there are thicker fabric shower curtains with more upscale texture and design. 3. As a brand new hotel, we were surprised that the room TVs are NOT smart/internet units. When the time comes, please install Smart TV for watching guests' subscription channels. Will we come back, sure but will book the executive room to have a better stay experience.

El lugar es agradable y limpio y su sala de estar para comer es buena. La comida es sencilla y deliciosa. La vista junto a la piscina es hermosa. El mostrador es gente amable. Especialmente como amante de la naturaleza, tuve un momento maravilloso afuera de su edificio para contemplar la puesta de sol justo en el puente. Y teniendo un poco de tiempo para tomarse una foto frente a su hotel. Todo lo demás está bien. Que está cerca del aeropuerto y tienen contacto para conseguir un buen taxi para que puedas ir al aeropuerto de forma más segura. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

Great hotel and excellent service. We got upgraded to a Bay View room and they surprised us with a Happy Anniversary cake as we were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary. What a great way to start a holiday! The room was spacious, very clean and the hotel staff were always so helpful. Solaire has the best gym facilities of any hotels we have ever been to and the equipments seem new. The pool was also amazing with the pool staff always on hand help you. Overall it’s a fantastic hotel, very close to the airport and the malls. All the designer luxury shops if you want to shop and great restaurants too. But the smell of smoke from the casino is pretty bad. Not a cheap place to eat or drink but if you are into gambling this is the place to go!

Pros: - The location is very near to COD Manila and MOA. - The staffs were friendly and accommodating from FO, bell service, security and the staffs at the restaurant. - Our room can request kitchen utensils which is a plus. Cons: - There were dust on one of our room. - No paper bag for guest use. - Need to pay extra for bottled water. However, we had a great stay. We will surely come back again! PS. There’s a charcoal being used as a deodorizer that is literally in a carton box. One is in the master’s bedroom and one inside the fridge. I think it’s more nicer to put it in a bowl or something. 😂

Celebrating wifey's birthday in one of our favorite hotels by the bay. This review will focus on the unique facilities, Club Room and Executive Club Lounge. GOOD: 1. Big roofdeck pool allowing space for even high volume days. 2. Unique to this hotel is the golf putting green in the middle.of an enclosed courtyard. Very peaceful. 3. Executive/club lounge guests has just enough food and drinks to get by. With limited cocktails and petite spread to get by without leaving the 11th club floor. 4. Service from most of the employees is top notch! 5. Appreciate the petite greeting pastry sent to our room. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1 Club floor rooms are smallish in size. While the basic 4 star amenities are there, no room to open a full sized luggage. Pls provide a folding luggage rack as option. 2. Our keycards all got deactivated at 11am,...One hour before official check out time. Is Seda pushing us out asap? Imagine...the birthday stay going well until the last one hour when this issue kinda ruined the momentum. So was forced to down to the FO with this issue and they gave us 1pm late checkout extension. Conclusion: we still like Seda Manila Bay and hoping that these small issues are prevented in our next stays.

Excelente estancia en el Hyatt Regency COD Manila. Excelente ubicación en la bahía, cerca del aeropuerto (especialmente en el camino hacia el aeropuerto; tomando la autopista de peaje, se tarda solo 10 minutos en llegar a la Terminal 3 de NAIA) y Mall of Asia. Muchas opciones para comer en COD también y en el vecino Ayala Mall si no quiere aventurarse demasiado. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, aunque la bañera mostraba algunos signos de la edad. La habitación era espaciosa, estaba bien equipada y venía con bocadillos y bebidas gratis del minibar (incluida la cerveza San Miguel). Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

I highly recommend their service—it was exceptional! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Ms. Jhoanna Buyo, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her dedication and helpful nature truly made a difference. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

La ubicación es grande, justo al lado de Dream Play. Pero mi objetivo es ir a la Mall Parqal a principios del día siguiente. La razón por la que escogí este hotel es porque es justo lo contrario de la Mall Parqal, como se muestra en el mapa. En realidad, había una barrera entre el hotel y Parqal, así que necesito caminar desde la parte de atrás del hotel. Además, la experiencia general desde el personal hasta el hotel fue excelente.

Check-In: The check-in process was quick and efficient. The lobby also has comfortable seating, which is great when waiting for a Grab or transport. Room: I loved the room’s Japanese-inspired design—it was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which was tricky to adjust, making the room either too cold or too warm at times. Mini Bar: The mini bar was well-stocked with complimentary soft drinks, beer, cup noodles, and chips. You only need to pay if you request additional items, which was a nice touch. Restroom: The restroom was clean, though I noticed an unpleasant odor when I returned to the room on the second night. Breakfast: The hotel offers two breakfast options: à la carte at the restaurant by the pool on Level 1 or a buffet at the Hyatt Regency next door. On the second morning, we opted for the à la carte breakfast by the pool, but the food was quite average. The portion control—one drink and one meal per person—felt limiting, and there were flies around, which affected the experience. On the third morning, we tried the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt Regency, and it was much better. The selection was more extensive, with salads, fresh fruit, an egg station, Filipino dishes, and cereals. However, accessing the buffet involves walking through the casino, which can be unpleasant due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Alternatively, you can request a shuttle from the hotel, which drops you at the back entrance to avoid the casino. Location: The hotel’s location is convenient, connecting to the casino and some nearby eateries. However, I didn’t enjoy having to pass through the casino often, as it could be crowded and smoky. On the plus side, Ayala Mall is just a 5-8 minute walk away, offering good shopping and dining options
