"Hello. We had lunch at Café Occidental. Very beautiful place, perfect service but nothing to do with the quality of Elysium's prestige when it comes to food. I saw the sweets and thought they were masterpieces and the food was like fast food. My experience at the Elysium Hotel was magical. The breakfast, the decoration, everything was amazing. But you have to do something about the Cafe meals. It is very unfair to you. If you want me to give you some advice, I will be very happy."

"Very nice hotel inside and out Indoor pool area rather nice. The view is pretty. For this price it lacks a lot of little touches (individual shower gel, welcome drink, industrial orange juice at breakfast...). The evening buffet is of average quality and quite expensive. We are overall rather disappointed with this hotel and will not return."

"El complejo de apartamentos está situado en la zona turística, a solo unos pasos de la playa, restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados. El apartamento tiene unas vistas impresionantes a la puesta de sol desde el precioso balcón (con mesa, sillas y sombrilla). El dormitorio tiene una cama doble con armario y vistas a la piscina. Además, la sala de estar tiene mucho espacio con televisión y una cocina totalmente equipada. Por último, pero no por ello menos importante, el señor Stavros fue muy amable, educado y servicial. ¡¡¡Recomendado!!!"

"My friend and I stayed for three days,after our greek island cruise.What a lovely,welcoming,friendly efficient ,clean hotel.Ringcon( sorry if spelt wrong) helped with any enquiries regarding my gluten free diet(Im coeliac).Pizza was made specially for me,pasta available too ! Food was all fresh and delicious,lots of choices and variation.Staff very helpful.Room was beautifully clean,tea/coffee facilities in room.Lovely little gifts,of honey and apple jams delivered to our room.Anna on reception was especially helpful ,always kind always smiling.All the staff were excellent. Thoroughly enjoted oyr stay there,the beds were sooooo comfortable"

"We travelled with our young children, 6 and almost 2 year old and stayed 11th - 18th April. We stayed in a swim-up room and it was definitely worth the upgrade for the convenience of being able to hop in and out of the terrace as needed. The pool was so cold all week and there was a few brave people who would venture in, my son and husband included but too cold for myself and our toddler. We were able to use the inside pool for a few days then during poor/colder weather, then one day it was suddenly closed for the summer I was informed. That's the main reason for not giving a 5 star review, the lack of outdoor pool heating should ensure in colder or wet weather than the inside pool is available for guests. I had a massage during our stay, thanks to the therapist Kostas for helping me to relax! The staff in the restaurant are outstanding. We ate all but one mealtime in the main buffet restaurant and needed a high chair for each meal. Indira or Susmita were always on hand to make sure this was available and we're so attentive in ensuring mealtimes with our kids were an enjoyable experience. I'd also like to praise Dhan and Eugenia who were very efficient in making sure we all had enough drinks. We found there was always something to eat and the restaurant caters to all diets. We also popped into the snack bar for the odd ice cream, this is self service so no judgment from the staff about how many ice creams you're having in the day! Our room was always cleaned and maintained, can't fault the cleaning service. Location wise, this hotel is conveniently located a 5-10 minute walk to the port where there are lots of restaurants and a lovely walk along the sea wall. The hotel is surrounded by apartments and residential buildings but this wasn't a negative for us, just don't go expecting scenic views from your room. The kids club was great, we popped in a couple of times during poor weather, the kids can amuse themselves, my husband sat with our two year old as she did some drawing, you can come and go as you please. There is also a little park for younger children to use throughout the morning to early evening."
