Paradise Cove Luxurious Beach Villas

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it certainly was our little paradise. Lovely villas in a great location, added bonus for being able to sit on porch and catch the stunning sunset. Management and staff are always on hand for you should you require anything and all very friendly. We shall definitely be returning

Myself husband with 3 older teenagers stayed in the cyan villa for 11 days in August. From the very start after booking, Antonis the owner was always at hand promptly to answer any questions and help with anything . We sent our flight details a few days before and our transfer was ready and waiting for on arrival. A short 25 minute drive and we were at Paradise covered villas . Upon arrival at the villa we were blown away. Modern, spacious and clean rooms , with complimentary toiletries. Plenty of shower and pool towels , changed multiple times throughout our stay. The views from the villa really are incredible! Pool was a great size with comfortable sun loungers and ample parasols for shade. Outdoor bbq area was a great extra as we could stay in and have a nice chilled evening and watch the sunset. Beach bar a 1 minute walk away directly on the beach was a welcome bonus, for an iced coffee , cocktail or ice cream! Location was perfect!! Plenty of restaurants a short walk away in the kings road, and if you fancy a nice walk along the coastal path to the harbour, it’s takes about 25 minutes, it is a beautiful walk and nice way to burn off all those extra holiday calories. This was our first Villa holiday as a family so we were a bit nervous! But we shouldn’t have been! We had the best holiday and will be recommending paradise cove to all our friends and family! We will 100% be back in the next couple of years , as Paphos is a truly beautiful place and paradise villas ticks all the boxes!

Absolutely perfect holiday! The villa had everything we needed and to have our own pool was the icing on the cake. Can't fault it at all and Antonis was always on hand to answer any queries. Lovely little beach bar close by to watch the stunning sunsets! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too and can easily walk into town along the coast. Can't wait to go back someday. Paradise Cove certainly lives up to its name!

Thoroughly enjoyed a week in Sky Villa. Our visit to Pathos was predominantly for rest & relaxation and the villa totally accommodated for this. There was good communication from owner, Antonis, prior to our arrival. As it’s self catering accommodation, we really appreciated the cupboard & fridge staples provided which meant we could have a snack and drink while unpacking and finding our feet. We were impressed with the layout of the villa, inside & out. It was very spacious & had a lovely vibe. The TV Chanels were very limited so being able to access Netflix was a huge bonus. The wifi signal was also very good. Having a private pool and sun loungers was wonderful and we used them every day. The villa was cleaned & towels changed twice during our week stay. The villa is situated close to the sea front & only a six minute walk to the main bars & restaurants. Thank you for a fabulous week & we are looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful villa overlooking the sea, 3 big bedrooms with really comfy beds, the two first floor ones had their own terrace area overlooking the sea, The basement one had a walk in shower room and a separate lounge. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and plates etc and each bedroom had its own TV. We were able to get Netflix which was great, The outside area had a lovely pool and massive bbq area for outside dining and off road car parking for at least 2 cars, although parking on the road was plentiful. The two upstairs bathrooms were a little on the cosy side as was the ground floor toilet. But this is a wonderful villa and the owner was so efficient, we had a problem getting enough hot water, I had just put the phone down from mentioning it to him and he was literally on the doorstep. Really excellent service, lovely fresh towels and fantastic service. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paphos, great location right on the beach, 5 min walk to shops and cafes etc. Highly recommended

These villas are absolutely excellent. We never normally return to the same location as we like to try new places, however due to the covid situation we felt happier in a place we new. We were so impressed and delighted we did. We stayed again in the Indigo villa and 3 years after our last visit, I was so pleased to see further investment had taken place. New air conditioning in the villa, new smartTV in the lounge, new loungers and outdoor furniture. Really maintaining the luxury feel of these villas. I would highly recommend and will definately return. Keep up the good work, and thanks again for a wonderful 2 weeks!
