I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was a blend of positives and areas for improvement. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed. However, it's worth noting that the lack of an elevator could be a challenge for some guests, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. While the staff are willing to help with bags, I would advise against bringing too much or heavy luggage to avoid inconvenience. The option for transportation from the hotel to the pier port (Panglao to Tagbilaran) at a reasonable cost of 800 pesos was convenient and appreciated. It saved me the hassle of arranging transport myself. In terms of room amenities, the absence of a cabinet was a bit inconvenient, and having only one bedside drawer limited storage space. Additionally, encountering an air conditioning remote in Chinese was unexpected. While a translator app or assistance from the front desk resolved this issue, it could be an inconvenience for guests not familiar with such technology. On the bright side, the cleanliness and softness of the sheets enhanced the comfort of the stay. However, some corners of the shower could use more attention in terms of cleanliness. The place was overall quiet in terms of other in-house guests, but at certain times in the morning, it can get a bit noisy from the neighbor's dogs, which woke me up. Understandably, it's out of the hotel's control. While there were aspects of my stay that I enjoyed, such as the friendly staff and comfortable bedding, there are areas where improvements could enhance the overall guest experience, particularly in terms of room amenities and cleanliness. Overall, the room price for the stay was reasonable and offered good value, complementing the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place and rebook for future trips.

Были 3 ночи, номер очень достойный, лучше, чем у многих отелей на Алоне. Все чисто, свежо, не сыро Есть трансфер на Алону или в рестораны, договаривались с водителем на время, когда он заберет нас обратно в отель, но он никогда не приезжал. Тук тук с Алоны 150 песо. Завтраки одинаковые - 4 блюда на выбор каждый день. Персонал помог купить билеты на паром, при этом о дополнительных услугах нам пришлось все узнавать самим. В целом очень достойно за эти деньги, будем рекомендовать друзьям

The hotel is brand new and super comfortable. The walking distance to Alona beach and McDonald’s area is only 12-15 minutes. Before entering the hotel area there are few local houses with chickens, roosters and dogs that might make noise, but the safety and comfort are guaranteed in the hotel. The receptionist and apparently the owner’s son is super helpful and friendly. We loved the bed and the AC there. The guy helped us with finding an early bird tricycle driver and even fetched a fresh pomelo from their garden. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying at more expensive, but very tiny and smelly rooms in the same area. The room size made us feel soooo good and relaxing.

Территория красивая, завтраки однообразные и скудные  , местоположение для нас было не столь важно т. К была арендованная машина , от Алоны впринципе не далеко 2-3 мин с пробками зато с парковкой нет проблем и 7элевен рядом , нету при отеле прачки , за массажем надо выходить. В туалете немного воняло каналюгой!  С целом ниче критичного , отдых не был испорчен изза отеля!

ventaja: 1. El ambiente del hotel es bueno y la piscina está limpia. 2. El hotel está en una buena ubicación, muy cerca de Alona Beach y hay un servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito. 3. El personal de servicio tiene muy buena actitud. 4. Nos quedamos en Nochevieja y tuvimos una cena de Nochevieja gratis. 5. Existe un mundo infantil pequeño donde puedes cuidar a los niños. Si el bebé sabe hablar algo de inglés, podrá interactuar con el personal del servicio de niñera de varias formas. 6. La comida en el restaurante sabe bien, el precio es un poco caro pero la ración es suficiente. defecto: 1. El check-in fue extremadamente lento, tuve que esperar casi una hora. 2. Me alojé por 3 noches, la habitación no se limpió un día y no se proporcionaron toallas de baño ni de mano después de dos días de limpieza. Llamé y las solicité antes de que me las entregaran. 3. El hotel no tiene playa. Hay un lugar para jugar con arena junto a la piscina, pero no está junto al mar. Bajando las escaleras a la playa solo hay rocas. 4. El hotel ofrece alquiler de barcos y coches para diversas excursiones, pero son caros y poco fiables. Elegimos observar delfines y visitar islas. Debido a que nuestro bebé era pequeño, solicitamos específicamente que se omitiera el snorkel. Pensé que no sabía caminar en el agua y la recepcionista no me explicó ninguna precaución. We stayed at Henann Tawala Hotel for a week upon arriving in Bohol, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, living up to its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the staff were very attentive—our bags were handled, and we were offered breakfast while our early check-in was expedited. One thing to be aware of is the 3,000 pesos per night damage deposit. If paid by credit card, any charges, such as room service or drinks at the swim-up bar, are deducted from it, with the balance refunded after checkout. The breakfast area is beautifully presented, with friendly staff who greet you warmly. After giving your room number and surname, you’re escorted to a table. However, we noticed some inconsistency in service—on some days we were offered coffee or tea, while on others we weren’t. There were also times when water wasn’t provided, so we ended up with double servings after fetching it ourselves. Consistency in service would enhance the experience, but the self-service station for coffee, water, and juices was convenient. Breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all preferences. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. One small issue was being asked to leave a yogurt behind when I tried to take it out of the breakfast area. I understand the rule to prevent excessive takeaway, but I felt a little flexibility could be applied for small items. The rooms at Henann Tawala are impressive—spacious with great bathrooms and lovely balconies. Among the best we’ve stayed in, they’re comparable to high-end hotels like Radisson Blu in Cebu or Seda Ayala Central Block. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced van for our trip to Tagbilaran, and the driver was punctual, providing a comfortable ride. He even dropped us off at the right spot for catching a van to Anda at the Dao Bus Terminal. One nice perk of staying here is the short walk to Henann's beachfront property, where you can use the sun loungers shaded by palm trees and enjoy drinks served by the staff. However, you can’t use the pool there, and you need to pick up towels from Henann Tawala before heading to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there are quite a few hawkers selling tours, which can be a bit of a nuisance. We found better deals on Facebook. The sea is warm, though there’s a fair amount of seaweed. I’d recommend snorkeling to watch your step, as there are starfish and possibly sea urchins. We only swam once. If you buy mangosteen from beach vendors (150-200 pesos), check for ants, as one of our bags was full of them! Just outside the hotel’s main gates, there’s an ATM and a laundry shop that charges around 400 pesos for 5 kg, returning clothes washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm. It’s much cheaper than the hotel’s laundry service. We also tried the Kajun Restaurant nearby, which offers excellent chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes in an American diner style. On the beachfront, our favorite restaurant was the Oasis Resort’s upstairs bar and restaurant, which has a cooling breeze and a great view of the beach. Every dish we tried was fantastic, and we highly recommend it. While our stay at Henann Tawala was wonderful, Panglao itself felt quite touristy. There were many Korean tourists, and a lot of locals trying to sell tours and services, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Prices were higher than we expected, especially for things like tricycles, which cost 150 pesos per person compared to the 12 pesos we paid in the provinces. Restaurant prices were also inflated, and even basic supplies came at a premium. If you prefer a quieter, more authentic experience, I’d recommend visiting somewhere like Anda. It has a more laid-back, provincial vibe, with friendlier locals and a slower pace of life, making it a peaceful alternative to the busy, touristy atmosphere of Panglao.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en Henann Alona Beach. El hotel es grande y estuvo muy ocupado durante el check-in, sin embargo, tienen tantas piscinas que no se nota la cantidad de gente. Nos lo pasamos muy bien en el bar de la piscina durante la hora feliz y pasamos todo el tiempo en el resort. A los restaurantes les vendrían bien opciones un poco más saludables y el desayuno con opciones más vegetarianas (ni siquiera había una barra de yogur o granola natural, y había más opciones poco saludables). Si sales del complejo, ¡entras directamente en una calle llena de bares y restaurantes! El gimnasio estaba muy bien equipado y las habitaciones eran buenas. Por favor mejoren las cortinas, ya que no oscurecían la habitación.

La habitación era muy agradable. El hotel estaba muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Me quedé dormido. Las piscinas son perfectas para el frío del calor. También nos disfrutamos de la playa. Nuestra estancia vino con desayuno gratuito con una amplia variedad de alimentos para elegir. Regresaremos aquí la próxima vez que regresemos a Bohol. Gracias Amorita!

El personal era amable y servicial. Faltan cosas como la TV, el Bidet en el baño. El baño se desborda de agua y se ensucia un poco. El desayuno es genial y la piscina. La habitación es grande. Además, el único inconveniente es que no hay teléfono; cuando necesitas algo, debes bajar cada vez e informar a la recepción. Ofrecieron servicio gratuito para llevarnos al aeropuerto ya que estuvimos allí por 4 días y 3 noches. La experiencia es genial.
