We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2.
The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.
