Comfort Suites

This hotel was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big. Had a little sitting room with couch in addition to the bed. I liked that the tv was in front of the bed and not the couch. Breakfast was not too exciting. The basics, eggs, sausage, wafflers, bread, muffins, cereal. Orange juice was not good. Something must have been wrong with it. Lady working the breakfast worked hard keeping things clean and stocked. Price was good and location was perfect. I would stay here again.

Bed and pillows are like a thick cloud so comfortable and clean. A/C and heat worked well. Bathroom clean and nice lighting. Room and hall very relaxing and quiet. Lots of plug-ins and different light settings. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was just edible. Also coffee and tea was available late night. Front desk was available and professional. Quick easy check in checkout Staff very nice. Close distance to shopping and restaurants. Quiet very clean pool and pool area. Business center and gym a plus.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for the Ironman Triathlon that is staged nearby. We were there for the triathlon and this hotel should have been sold out but due to terrible revenue management on their behalf, they were not. We booked our room in March at $270/nt. because everything in the area was either sold out or really expensive due to the event. The day we were set to leave for PCB, we casually checked online to see what the rates looked like and this hotel still had several rooms available for only $170/nt. The hotel front desk manager refused to work with us when the best available rate the day of check-in was $100 less than when we made our reservation back in March. She wouldn't let us cancel and refused to price-match rates. I could have saved $200 if I'd not planned ahead and just made a reservation the day of to stay at this hotel! Our room was filthy! The carpets were so dirty the soles of my feet were black from walking around barefoot for less than 2 hours. There were stains on the draperies and linens as well. The sink in the bathroom smelled like sewage when the water was running. At breakfast the first day, I'd given my 2-year-old a bowl of fruit loops and used 2% milk from the carafe without tasting or checking it first. After she'd eaten half of it, an older gentleman nearby alerted me that the milk was sour and to take it from her. I then smelled and tasted it for myself, sure enough, it was bad.

Very nice hotel...clean and comfortable...convenient to restaurants. We arrived before check-in and room was not ready which we understood. We only had a short wait. Renee' was very helpful at front desk. Nice breakfast buffet.

It has just been refurbished but curtains are already heavily stained. Maybe they were not changed? The flor in the bathroom was very sticky but it looked clean. The fan in the bathroom is very loud. Since there are workers still there maybe this issues can be fixed. Good stay overall

Have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Panama City Beach on several occasions, always found the staff freshly and helpful. Rooms are clean and a good size. Would recommend as a place to stay for business or vacation.

The hotel was small but nice. The hallways were brightly lit to see easier. We had room 218. It was a double Queen room and was spacious. The bed, linens and pillows were comfortable. The pool was small but refreshing and cool for a humid evening. We had a door hanger card, where we requested towels or toiletries, since they don’t do room cleaning daily. The breakfast was really good with all options. Eggs, sausage and bacon (the next day), toast, cereal, a waffle machine, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juices. I liked the setup. There were divided sections of food, so the line did not clog up. There are several restaurants, including a Sonic, Beef O’Brady’s, American Charlie’s, a Mexican place, an ice cream place, and Cici’s down Richard Jackson Blvd. After traveling all day, we didn’t feel like going out. Prices to deliver pizza were off the chart. So I ordered from American Charlie’s, a local place down the street and went to pick it up. Friendly service and lots of food included for the price. We came to Panama City to see family at the beach. It was a 20 minute drive, as 98 has a lot of traffic, so allow time to reach your destination. Amelia was very helpful at the front desk. So was the housekeeping staff. The hotel was clean and in a quieter place in spite of the busy road it sat on. My only suggestion is to replace some of the furniture in the room. Its older and a little worn. The carpet was a bit damp, I think from the humidity. We did report a couple of minor problems in our room.They were not repaired while were there, but hopefully they will be. ( the toilet ran, and the door did not shut properly. Also one bedside lamp was not working even after plugging in. All in all a nice stay.

Rm was choice changed from King to Queen w/o us knowing. Roxanne (clerk) very professional able to assign us to King. Rm clean -refrigerator/microwave - nice big TV. Remodeling - common area carpet filthy hopefully will be pulled up. Informed rm service don't clean rm d/t covid (no discount on rm cost). Half staff/hotel guests wore masks. Breakfast great. I would stay at this hotel again.
