The Fern Residency, Miramar

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have many drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.

My recent stay was comfortable and well-managed. The room was clean, amenities were in good condition, and staff responded promptly to requests. However, the Wi-Fi speed could be improved. Overall, a pleasant experience worth recommending.

Travelled from the UK and stayed here for a week , I was expecting it to have a pool for some reason but it didn't , it was no issue at all though as great beaches are close by , the hotel was fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff , great chefs and really nice waiters , they have their own drivers who can take you wherever you would like to visit for a very fair priced fee and are also really nice and friendly, they all went above and beyond to make sure everything was great for us , the included breakfast was very good and the apartment had everything we needed and was very very clean , there's a small shop that sells everything you would need just over the road and the environment outsides just perfect , palm trees ,lovely buildings and locals and friendly little dogs that lay in the sun outside , the building has 2 lifts , Aircon , ceiling fan , sky TV and comfortable beds and sheets they also supply fresh bottled drinking water and your room is cleaned to perfection every day, if your expecting a resort you are just going to stay in all day and lounge by a pool drinking this isn't for you but if you want the ideal place to lay your head at night and get ready the next morning for a day exploring Goa this place is perfect , couldn't fault this place at all everything's just perfect , well done fern residency 😊

The Fern Residency, Miramar is an ideal place for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is polite and always helpful, making you feel at home. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Miramar Beach and close to the city. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious with good variety. Overall, a wonderful experience that blends comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely return!

We had a family function. In July 2024 and in March 2025. The staff was helpful, courteous, cooperative and accommodated our requests. Both the times the buffet was very good and more than sufficient for 70 (average) persons. The hall on the 7th floor has a nice view and is spacious to hold 50-60 persons for parties, conferences, meeting etc.

This was my second stay at The Fern Residency Miramar, and once again, it lived up to my expectations. From the moment of check-in, the experience was seamless and pleasant. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The food was excellent, with a great spread for breakfast that had a variety of options to choose from. The quality and taste of the meals were commendable, making the dining experience enjoyable. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of efficiently. Overall, another wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and hassle-free experience in Goa! Looking forward to visiting again.

We had organised a lunch at restaurant for 60 people, the courtesy, service and the food served were all good, special thanks to Rabi for leading his team so well. Looking forward to many more events in future as well. Met the GM as well, congratulations to him for directing and grooming his team so well.
