Great heritage hotel, located in the heart of fontainhas. Close to amazing restaurants and bars, a few minutes walking distance. The staff was friendly and very accommodative.

Cozy cottage, lovely experience. Perfect location if you are staying in Panjim. You will feel like you are living in a Portuguese style cottage. They serve very limited breakfast, but they literally make it in front of you. It's a warm homely feeling

Hotel with Heritage look. Smaller but èfficient Management. Given Early Checkin 3 hours before. I must give 5 star rating for the location. Since it is located well near the tourist spot compared to other hotels. Staying in Fountainhas in heritage hotel is must. Since, its an heritage hotel, we have seen some backdrops. Hotel is not structured as per standard hotels. Likewise, my room was just in front of the reception.but If it is uncomfortable, You can call the manager to get the room allocated in advance. Seems supportive in that case. Funny things, If the person staying in above room do morning exercise, it creates noise. Its just 1 floor building . Better take above floor rooms. So you can jump. Breakfast was very nice. Not like buffet, but they come and serve you. In-House hotel facility is not available. Parking is road side. But manageable. Very nearby (like 20 meter) to one cafe and bar. Very silent locality, mobile networks goes off in hotel room ( only on ground floor maybe) . So be prepared to go out and call. Wifi are available but somehow slow and not reachable. Beds are good, hot water available properly. Little electricity , Restro suggestion - Veg hotel Kamat

A lovely experience in Panjim Fontainhas. We found Mateus as we had walked around around the area (me and my wife). It’s a beautiful Portuguese property perfectly located in a quiet street. The rooms are really nice. The high ceilings and the big windows and restored furniture give a fantastic mixture of old and new. The neighbourhood has lovely cafés, restaurant and bars. Will surely come back!

Excellent hotel, awesome hospitality and destressing environment. No compromise on the quality . I shall be visiting here again and informing all my friends about it. Thanks a lot to the manager and his efficient staff. The lanes are worth walking and capturing on camera. Food is available around and the river front is awesome
