We had a pleasant stay. I’m giving 4 stars because our shower wasn’t clean. I found men hair on the shower walls and it didn’t seem clean at all. However, the rest of the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, TV was awesome. I really liked their coffee and I also liked that they have been offering cleaner shower products with no harmful chemicals in them. I didn’t get to try their gym or pool but the gym looked very nice. Their mini kitchen area is exceptional! I would recommend housekeeping to really pay attention to detail in the bathrooms and to make sure that it is clean, other then that, they did an amazing job in regards to cleanliness in the rest of the room.

It was a nice clean spacious quiet facility. The guest service team was very helpful. Especially a lady named Anesthesia (hope i got the name correct). Very warm welcome and very helpful. Loved the breakfast selection and how very organized it was and breakfast was free and convenient. I'll add a review on Hilton site as well. It was a work trip, the hotel was so great I thought I was on vacation. Thank you!

Clean accommodations, nice saline pool, super gym, good location. Always love staying at a Home2 and this one didn't disappoint. Seems like one of the nicest lodging options in Palmdale. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are well done and the kitchen has all you need to make your own meals - just ask for a "hot plate" induction burner and you're all set.

Nice little gem here in Palmdale for a quick stop while passing through. The staff were all very friendly, the room was tidy and clean and let me check in a bit early and late checkout, and price was right. Plenty of free parking steps from the door. Saltwater heated pool. Wifi was quite fast. Breakfast what you'd expect. Nothing negative to say here. I wish I had gotten some of the staff member's names to recognize them! Good luck with the PEP migration :) :)

We travel to Palm Springs from the SF Bay Area annually and always stop in Palmdale overnight midway, either coming or going. We LOVED this hotel. Perfect for us and very near restaurants, for a welcome dinner after travel. The staff was very friendly and full of good information (special kudos to Asha and Sincerely at the desk). The hotel is spotlessly clean (and colorful). The cheery patterned carpet in the hallways welcomed us to our unit. The lobby and breakfast area is very welcoming, with the subtle multi-colored, comfortable furniture and modern decor. Bed/pillows were super comfy --- plenty of lighting and outlets, for charging devices. We loved our "suite" unit, with couch and multi-purpose desk/table. Desk chair was ergonomic. We only stayed one night, but could have easily stayed two weeks, with all the space (bedroom space and studio space -- separated by a curtain for privacy) --- AND the basic kitchen with everything needed. Breakfast in the morning was quite good. Little omelets, plenty of cereal choices including hot oatmeal, yogurt, fruit. Waffles. Coffee and juices. Hearty and healthy. Home2 Hilton will be our first choice for stopovers to Southern Cal from here on. We didn't want to leave, so will return.

I wouldn't even give them one star . I came for a business trip, I was suppose to stay 2 weeks . The first room they gave me had a broken dishwasher , which no one told me it was broke . The dishwasher had a sign on it that said "all dishes inside have been washed and sanitized" all the dishes inside had food on them from guest before me . I was moved into another room which I was told "maintenance guy has checked everything in the room and everything is working" The dish washer in the new room had a piece broken and wouldn't roll out the bottom rack . I ignored it , I was tired of complaining. I used the top rack to put my dishes in , ran the dishwasher and it didn't drain the water . I again go tell the girls up front that this room also has a broken dish washer . They then tell me that "you must of broke it , we inspected that room before you went in . We're going to have to charge you for it " I had to call my boss and explain the situation and move to another hotel . This place is falling apart . They warm up jimmy dean knock offs for breakfast and they girls up front are too busy in the back room giggling and not doing their job . Do not stay here . They will accuse you of breaking things that are already broke .

I was into group business trip. However it would be great to take my family for vacation. And I can referrer Home 2 Suites by Hilton to anyone, management are great, clean environment. Keep up the good
