Pasamos en Santiago Resort diez días. Si bien esperábamos mucho por haber leído varias opiniones de huéspedes anteriores, todo fue ampliamente superado. Habíamos hecho planes de visitar lugares en la hermosa Palm Springs, pero todo el tiempo los íbamos postergando para quedarnos en Santiago disfrutando de las comodidades y de la amabilidad de su personal. Es un espacio de encuentro estupendo, para parejas y para viajeros solitarios, para festejo o para descanso. En este lugar el disfrute se encuentra garantizado con paz y sutileza. Todo está maravillosamente coordinado y nada queda librado a la suerte. Sin dudas, el trabajo del gerente Kent Taylor y de Robert, muy especialmente, aseguran que todo el staff se brinde de manera eficiente, amable y amigable. Ya estamos deseando volver!

This place is pure magical. The team will spoil you rotten. The best 10 days a person can spend in the desert. This is a yearly event Defoe us and we always know it will surpass our expectations.

Excellent stay. Needed a one-night place to stay and this was perfect. I've stayed here before and they have really stepped up their game in the last few years. Place looked great, staff was attentive and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast is also a nice touch. Very easy to book with Kent, and I enjoyed the stay very much. Bob

From the minute I called to make reservation, KENT took care of everything, first time in Santiago, won't stay anywhere else. The place is 5 . The breakfast and lunch "included"is delicious . Pool, lounge chairs clean and comfy!! Kent and staff very accommodating. Can't say enough about Santiago! Thank you ❤️

Stayed here with 16 of our friends for my husbands 40th birthday this past week for 4 nights. STAY HERE, it's amazing! Beautiful rooms, ALL the staff is beyond friendly. Pool grounds are perfect, you get breakfast and DELICIOUS lunch everyday. We all agreed that our expectations were blown away and will all be returning here. Many other hotel guest said its difficult to get room here so book early. Enjoy and thank your Kent, Robert the rest of the crew, we appreciate how special you made the week.

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. A big thank you to Kent & his team for a wonderful stay. Santiago is a lush desert oasis close to the centre of Palm Springs. The rooms are welcoming and well appointed and the bathrooms & showers comfortable. As always great breakfast service & lunch menu

Kent and his team at Santiago are five star all the way. This property is gorgeous and exceptionally well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The music by the pool is perfect, the rooms are spacious. The linens are pressed and crisp and probably the best pillows we have ever experienced at a hotel! Breakfast and lunch by the pool is such a great treat and with only a 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars this really is a perfect location. Fast forward to the evenings and the property is beautifully lit with the pool, hot tub, and fire pit open for the guest to enjoy. It is very much a social gathering, and a great way to spend an evening or relax after the bar. We have been coming to this little piece of paradise for 15 years and every visit is just better than the last. EXCEPTIONAL !

My husband and I were here for a week in August. I found the place as a result of a Google search, and after a couple of checks we decided to book here. This place is simply brilliant. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are incredible. Breakfast was lovely and the lunch that gets ordered in every day was top notch. If you’re on the fence about staying here, my advice is really simple - stay; you won’t regret it. The small things like ice lollies round the pool were just the icing on the cake. We loved this place. The other residents were super friendly and we felt like we were part of a community whilst we were there. Love, love, love this place. Thanks to everyone who made us feel welcome and at home. Amazing place!

I stayed at resort for a few days at the beginning and end of a multi-week road trip though California. I was impressed from the start. A lot of the hotels have outdated photos and do not represent what they currently look like but this is not the case here. The resort is just as beautiful, if not more. The staff and fellow guests were all friendly and welcoming. There is such a calm, peaceful environment to relax away from the world. I would stay here again and have already recommended this resort to friends!
