The Twist PS

We got One of Their suites and it was wonderful. Service was on point. The room Was very clean. An amazing giant balcony. This hotel is perfect to book for pride weekend! The General manager Kim was above and beyond. She was friendly and she made sure To Accommodate us at the best rate and in a wonderful room. Nothing bad I have to say about This place but Great things. Definitely coming back !

Well located with parking. Easy to walk to the center and a lot of restaurants around. Room is rather big but could be cleaner and shower is odd and for sure needs some work. Pool is big enough but could be cleaner. Good coffee close by. Overall ok.

Great location at the north end of downtown within walking distance to the shorts, restaurants and some pubs. Cutely decorated and funky ambience, but the room was dirty and housekeeping during our stay didn’t help improve anything. There were never any pool towels left when we used the hot tub.

Very central location. Beautiful apartment rooms. We also had a back yard terrace with sun loungers. We were offered free margaritas on arrival - possibly the best check in perk I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff. Simple and quick check in. Pool and hot tub with 24 hour access. Great cocktail bar right next door. Cannot fault this place. We loved it!

The lady on the deck( unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was really helpful when we booked. We just turned up and checked for availability as our original hotels air conditioning had broken, and we weren’t told until we arrived. Great location. Great pool. We loved the swans in the pool at night when they lit up and the pool colour change lights. Thought it was a lovely touch. We had a 2 bedroom suite which came with a ffull kitchen and big balcony with a fire pit. A large sized living room. Decor was lovely.it felt like someone apartment rather than a hotel. We were by a road and heard no noise. Found the hotel to be chilled and peaceful. We were actually glad that the original hotel had to cancel as this was much better. I have nothing negative to say

I laughed out loud when I read the first review; it was so similar to the review I just gave the place on Google from April! In short, the place is a gem, and although all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, Linda was outstanding! Unsurprisingly, the place has a great vibe! The rooms are modern and spacious, quiet at night, comfortable beds, good location, warm pool, clean, loads of safe parking, great value, etc, etc.
