The property is beautiful, and very quiet. It took only 3 minutes to check in. I love that we were walking distance from Down Town Palm Springs. I also enjoyed the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook a meal

Best kept secret in downtown Palm Springs! We have stayed here on our anniversary the past three years. Had never been to Palm Springs and booked a quick trip down in 2022 and never looked back. The owner is very responsive, helpful and kind. The property is older, but clean. Each year it seems to be better than the year before. The price could not be better and I risk writing this and having it not be so secret anymore! We love the location, the pool and the privacy as well.

Place was very ratty. Looked older than dirt while it seemed clean, it smelled musty. It was very noisy with people out by the pool till 1:00 in the morning. I would never stay there again!!

Hidden gem in Palm Springs Wonderful room with a great pool steps away from your front door. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Have stayed here 3 times and can’t wait to return.

Great quiet location We found this studio to be just what we needed. Definitely an older well worn complex but very clean and well cared for. The location is perfect walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants.
