Welcome to our beautifully remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom home in the heart of Palm Springs, California. Our condominium is located in the gorgeous Mesquite Country Club, which itself lies within the newly established, 120 acre Prescott Nature Preserve, just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped Mesquite Country Club is a very quiet and upscale community, and its location provides very convenient access to Palm Springs’ restaurants, shopping, museums, galleries, hiking trails and entertainment venues. Our home, your Palm Springs getaway, is located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen and with oversight of the pool from two balconies. We have completely refurbished and modernized the entire home, designed around beautiful walnut cabinets, unique lighting and thoughtful furnishing and design touches to ensure a comfortable and joyful stay! The large living room is the perfect place to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, a movie, or cocktails with friends. It sports a 65-inch smart-TV, high speed Wi-Fi with comfortable and inviting furniture evoking the mid-century modern design theme of our home. The large walnut table in the dining room comfortably seats six below a restored sputnik style chandelier. The adjacent kitchen has also been completely remodeled and boasts all new appliances, euro-walnut cabinetry and everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal or refresh yesterday’s amazing feast from the city! The coffee nook is always at the ready to help you prepare that cup of tea or java, which can be enjoyed on the sunrise or sunset patios. Our large master bedroom welcomes you with a cozy king size bed, a gaggle of pillows, cotton bedding and blankets for those winter months. The master also includes a 65-inch smart-TV and a desk should you need to get some work accomplished. The ensuite bathroom is huge, with double sinks, a heated and illuminated mirror, a double wide closet, and something we designers appreciate, a large walk-in shower in its own private room. For your additional comfort, we provide white cotton towels as well as makeup towels for your use. The guest bedroom has a beautiful and plush queen size bed with a large pop-up smart-TV, cleverly pocketed into the foot of the bed (which we admit, is very fun to play with!). This bedroom also includes ample closet space. The second patio, accessed via the guest bedroom, has a pool view, a barbecue and a high-top outdoor dining table and is connected by a pass-through window to the kitchen, making handing dishes to, or chatting with, your house mates super easy. The guest bathroom is also fully renovated with a beautifully tiled and large walk-in shower, floor to ceiling ceramic tile and a built-in shower niche. We, of course, also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hand soap in both bathrooms. Our home is very conveniently located poolside, directly adjacent to the private pool and jacuzzi area. And as with all the Mesquite Country Club areas, the pools, hot tubs and surrounding landscape are exceptionally well maintained. The pool is a perfect way to relax after a stroll through town, a great round of golf, a hiking trip in the San Jacinto mountains or simply to pass the day away enjoying the Palm Springs sun. We provide pool towels and plenty of outdoor glasses for your enjoyment. Whether you're staying with us for a few days or prefer an extended getaway, we welcome you to our home. It has been a labor of love to design with your needs in mind and can accommodate up to four people, adult and/or children.
