All bathrooms are new and updated with skylights and windows, keeping them light and bright. For those who need to stay connected, one bedroom includes a dedicated desk, and a standing desk on casters is available for use anywhere in the home. Direct from Owner & Transparent Pricing: Rent directly from the owner and avoid hidden or high "Host" fees often charged by third-party agencies. You'll communicate directly with me and my local house manager. We are passionate about sharing our home and charge only the rental rate, cleaning, and tax. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee. Enjoy a 10% discount on weekly stays and a 15% discount on monthly stays (automatically calculated with your quote). Monthly stays are exempt from City TOT tax, and we do not charge for utilities (other than optional pool heat).
