Hotel Suites Palm Coast

Had issues with desk light, exhaust fan, toilet flushing slow and bathroom gfi socket and all were addressed and fixed immediately by the desk manager in the first 10 minutes after checkin. Very professional and courteous staff. The room was made up nicely each day.

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very courteous, especially the manager Mr. Jason. He made sure personally that we have good vegetarian options in breakfast, going above and beyond. This place also has a lot of eating options and grocery shopping options nearby. I would definetly recommend this to other travelers.

The bath tub was dirty. The first night everythig stocked, after that nothing was ever replaced. The dirty bath mat was placed back on the edge of the tub. I took photos to when I went down to the front desk to get supplies needed; towels, shampoo/conditioner and soap, coffee and cups

We booked an accessible room because we need a room in or step in shower. On arrival we found our accessible room had only a shower/tub combination. We were unable to use. Inquiring at the desk, the friendly manager apologetically told us that there was only one room in the motel with a roll in shower and that it was occupied. I will be careful next time to be more specific about our needs for accessibility.

We were in town for a 2 day Conference and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel met all of our expectations and the stay went very smooth. The breakfast offers some hot options. I really liked small apples! And I appreciate fresh berries for breakfast. Pool, gym, desks. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I appreciate fast check in and easy check out.

The room was very cheap so it's not terribly surprising, but some very basic things were overlooked that even the cheapest motel/hotels should be able to accommodate. The television in our room didn't work -- the bottom half of the screen wiggled back and forth every 15 seconds or so. The internet kicks off devices with frequency and makes it hard to stay online (we had very poor cell service with Verizon and AT&T, so that made internet feel more necessary). The shower didn't drain well and it had a big groove in the bottom where water collected. I'd guess they did a retrofit of the tub and put a new tub over the old one about 12 years ago and the one on top is dented so you stand in about a 1/2 inch of water. The towels were fairly soft, and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. There were blackout shades, which was very convenient. And a mini fridge was nice to have.
