Hotel Suites Palm Coast

When we arrived, I was told that we were given a second floor, but Tyler at the front desk, noticed I requested a first floor and made the necessary change. The room we were given was freezing and appeared to not have a working heater. We told Tyler and he upgraded us to a larger, warmer room. I must say, Tyler was wonderful. The hotel is clean, and our room was also. The bed was comfortable and the shower was refreshing. They do supply single use shampoo etc, but it won't go very far. Make sure to bring your own. We did have some lights that were not working, one had a broken switch and one may have had a burnt out light bulb. We managed with the lights we had. We really were there to sleep and go. Now when we are traveling, we pick hotels that offer breakfast. This breakfast was really the worst we have experienced. It was a busy Saturday, so I understand some things might run out, but not every hot item. And never coffee. The waffle iron was not working, the syrup containers were empty, the yogurts were not replaced, several times the hot items were empty, the napkins and silverware were often empty. It was a disaster, including 2 garbage cans that were full to over flowing. The man working didn't seem interested in making it better, that is, when he came out from the back room. The lady at the front desk came out, to help maybe(?) but genuinely seemed stressed. I'm sorry, based on the breakfast,I can't recommend

Tub drained slowly. I was not a fan of the coffee. Room very quiet. Desk staff helpful. I did not like the traffic around the hotel. Had to drive a mile or so fir dinner. After a long drive, really like when restaurants are within walking distance.

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very courteous, especially the manager Mr. Jason. He made sure personally that we have good vegetarian options in breakfast, going above and beyond. This place also has a lot of eating options and grocery shopping options nearby. I would definetly recommend this to other travelers.

Although our stay was due to a house fire we had our ups and downs during our stay with backed up toilet and showers and non working laundry facility. But the highlight of our stay was Suzie at the front desk she was amazing and assisted us by moving us to other rooms with her professional, attentiveness and kindness she helped make our stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. What a great asset to the hotel thank you Suzie from myself and family.

We booked an accessible room because we need a room in or step in shower. On arrival we found our accessible room had only a shower/tub combination. We were unable to use. Inquiring at the desk, the friendly manager apologetically told us that there was only one room in the motel with a roll in shower and that it was occupied. I will be careful next time to be more specific about our needs for accessibility.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is great, its a short drive to the Flagler beach beaches and their great restaurants. Our room was ok, and as others have said the room had plenty of outlets to plug our stuff into. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage (links or patties) were offered. Bagels were good and coffee was good. One of the disappointments was the guest laundry. The machines were out of order while we were there (Memorial Day 2024). Some of us guests do you use these machines, and this was confirmed at our last hotel where we had a room next to the laundry. Have they been fixed? The lobby looks nice, and the hotel is near a lot of small strip malls.
