Very good place to relax and time to spend for ur self....good people and very lovely ambiance...very helpful full staff. The food was good. Not to miss the morning treking and the sun set point. The buggy ride was super. The nature is super morning view from the balcony is breathtaking..

For us, Munnar is Black Berry Hills. We had come in 2006 on our first Munnar visit and again in 2025. We had lots of fond memories then and it didn't fail to create more memories this time too. Our children too didn't want to leave this place. Such is the aura of location, room, staff, service and good food can do to us. The rooms are hanging onto the cliff and that adds to the charm of this place. All staff are polite and go overboard to make us happy. They even celebrated our return after 19 years to their resort. We loved our stay and want to come back for more memories. Housekeeping Manager Robin's hospitality, Yoga session from Ashutosh, Tea tasting session from Arun, Minnish's service at Restaurant and Akshaya's welcoming smile at front desk is something we appreciate. Thank you Black Berry Hills Resort and Spa. We enjoyed staying again!

Visited this beautiful resort in the month of March with family.( 3 adults 2 children : jacuzzi suit) First of all, I must admit the beauty and tranquility one might experience, when you step in the resort . It was wonderful. We received a warm welcome from resort team, with a wonderful welcome drink. We were guided to our rooms, explained everything regarding resort and its etiquette. I really appreciate their hospitality and the way they treat the guests, especially children. Room was really clean and pleasant. Jacuzzi was clean and really enjoyable. Children had a great time playing with it. Room had a balcony , which had an amazing Mountain View, Food at hornbill restaurant was tasty..but slightly overpriced. Buffet breakfast spread was good,but can be improved. Vegetarian cuisine quality was good , but quantity were less. Children play area is not well maintained and lacks lustre. They could have incorporated a swing for children as it would have been more interesting. Resort managed to book for us a good sightseeing tour operator, who made us feel extremely comfortable . Mr.Mahesh , from Munnar travels, was very impressive . Thank you blackberry team. Special mention Mr Achu for the warm welcoming smile.. I would definitely recommend this resort for tour with family.

Best view point rooms neat bathrooms and good price .... Food is just ok from the restaurant for the price they charge..staffs were so friendly . atmosphere around the resort is so nice ..they don't have any different activity area ..having a billiards would be so good

We had a really relaxing stay at BlackBerry Hills. From the moment we arrived everyone made us feel so welcome. The hotel has the most beautiful views and from our room we saw giant Indian squirrels and so many amazing birds. They also organised us a walk around the tea plantation and to the top of the mountain which was amazing. Our guide was really informative and we felt like we got a real sense of the tea plantations and way of life in Munnar. The restaurant at the hotel also has great views and is a lovely place to sit.

This was my second time at Blackberry Hills, and it felt just like coming back home. My husband and I stayed for few days, and it was such a romantic and peaceful getaway. Waking up to the sound of birds and spotting animals nearby made me feel so connected to nature. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking tea estates and greenery all around, creating a calm and refreshing vibe. The staff were warm and attentive, always making us feel comfortable and welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a lovely view that added to the peaceful vibe. The food was amazing, making the whole stay very pleasant. Honestly, I already feel like going back again. It’s a place that always leaves me with the best memories.

My husband and stayed two nights at Blackberry Hills Resort and Spa. We enjoyed every minute of it. The staff could not be friendlier and more welcoming, the rooms are spacious with great views, the food is delicious and the complementary yoga sessions in the morning on the deck was delightful, with birds chirping and a beautiful sunrise. The spa is beautiful and the facial and massage were wonderful. We just wished we could have stayed longer. We did not manage to go on the resort’s trail as we run out of time.

I had a wonderful stay at BlackBerry Hills! The location, high in the trees, is simply magical. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the morning yoga was a perfect way to begin each day. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, and the wildlife was a delightful bonus! The only minor drawback was the daytime noise from the pool construction, which occasionally interrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance.

We loved our stay here. Lovely resort away from the bustle of munnar town but only a ten min tuk tuk ride away. The rooms were lovely, nice comfy large bed, and good shower . The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent . We were there for New Year’s Eve and they put on a lovely banquet and live music. We enjoyed the tea tasting and a morning yoga session. Make sure you ask about the Shola Tour, which is just an hour’s hike around the local area, got to see the tea pickers working and amazing views. I loved the fact they are trying hard to be eco so they don’t give you plastic water bottles and the lovely herbal shampoo and body toner were provided in small earthenware pots , not plastic. So refreshing! Don’t hesitate it’s a great place to stay!
