We loved this hotel, excellent location for beach and restaurants etc. Staff were first class, and helped organise a meal for 8 on the beach for a birthday celebration. Check in was smooth, our rooms were ready, the receptionist was excellent, then moving to the beach bar area, the staff were friendly, efficient and food was good. So many plus points for us, and would highly recommend.

nice hotel, there is great peace there. it is very clean! located near the market. very nice service I recommend :) a good place to relax for couples - definitely not for families I think there is little space for children - there is a small playground which I appreciate but next to the bar it is not a good idea. Great waiters always smiling! :) The reception is always there to help which I appreciate

Just returned back 2nd time at Naias once again a lovely holiday. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy. We booked with BB nice selection as always but missed Eli she was lovely but George is good too. Check in again was superb the reception lady remembered us she is so lovely and friendly. All the staff in the hotel are good and hard working. Hotel is 3 star but could be 4 in our opinion. Snacks are reasonably priced and bar staff nice lads . Would recommend this hotel although there are a couple of things to improve on

Hotel - modern look from the outside but a little dated inside, overall looks beautiful especially at night when the lights are on. My only concern is the lounge area is small and the aircon is on the low side, especially for me. You could ask the staff to make it cooler but I think they maybe used to the weather so to them it's probably cold. The restaurant is located at the back of the hotel, there is an aircon however it didn't reach the back of the restaurant. To me they need more as the single aircon is situated towards the entrance where the buffet is. For us it was particularly uncomfortable in the heat so even sitting closer to the aircon didn't make and difference. Pools - the pools were kept in a clean condition. Although we weren't regularly there we didn't encounter anything negative. Pool bar - For me this was a disappointment, the bar by the pool is open so no aircon. We couldn't sit there in that heat but I appreciate it's possibly more dedicated for those that are sunbathing however if you're looking to relax around the pool bar for a couple of drinks, then be prepared to be greeted with extreme heat. Hotel room - met all standards I could think of. The staff were nice to speak with and were willing to meet our needs, if any. The only drawback I had is the bathroom has a sewerage odour. I don't know the reason behind this and since we were there for a short period with majority bring outside I didn't report this. The balcony was pretty useless for us. The aircon fan was situated within the balcony area so had a gush of hot air circulating so realistically we couldn't sit in there to enjoy the scenery. Overall lovely staff, great service but a couple odd bits for improvement. Locality - a supermarket (maybe 24 hours) up the road (5 minutes walk but in the extreme heat could feel longer) and a nice town with shops and decent restaurants.

When my wife and I looked for a stay in this resort it was the short walking distance that we took a note of that was appealing. The reviews were balanced and facilities within the hotel were great too. We travelled with Jet2, not the best after service - because there has not been any, but this review is not about them, the in resort rep is great. On arrival the check in was swift, polite and easy. No waiting and straight to our room which was accessible by stairs and lift. We stayed at the apartment block across the road which was great. Lovely clean and serviced room with all that you need with great WiFi and side sea view. A gesture of wine and celebration cake on arrival too so thank you. Rooms clean and well well presented. Access to all areas easy for customers with mobility restrictions. Spotless in communinal areas too. Shower over bath and some toiletries supplies too. Balcony was a traditionally small but practical one that kept the character. The main hotel area was smart and modern, with easy access again, open to the public was a local theme I think. Breakfast restaurant on a B&B basis was adequate and always stocked with fresh food and beverages. No complaints here. Inside and outside seating areas. A lovely bar terrace leading to a three tiered payment sun bed system something we did not enjoy. Like something you see in an all inclusive and then an inclusive plus. This was a system it could do without. There was a towel battle in the mornings on some beds however other beds available. Not going to comment any further. This is a great hotel with even further potential and we loved our stay even when you can just sit on the beach at night and just look out at sea. This was just what we needed so thank you.
