I will start off by saying we have stayed here many times with no complaints. My friend and I stayed here recently. We checked in around 7;30 pm-8 pm. Well i first went in and did my normal routine checking out the room, well in the bathroom I did see a roach and said ok. Well my friend, who's name the room is in, came in saw a roach on the table and killed it. Well we continued to see some crawl from behind the table well, she decided that she was not going to stay here. It was around 2 am at this time , I spoke to the front desk asking for a refund, she said she was new and could not do that. She tried to call the manager, no answer. She said she would leave a note for the manager, I asked her name she said Christy. So we left at 2;30 am. So of course Christy never called, my friend left a bad review and Christy emailed her. Well to make a long story short, Christy said no and on top of that her receipt said we check out at 9:24 am. Its already bad enough you refused a refund but you lied about what time we left. Well we talk to customer relations and they offered 6000 points, thats all they could do. I am so sorry my friend wants a refund. So on other reviews I have seen responses from A General Manager Pete Patel and Customer Relations Gina S, so we will be waiting. Its not completely the fact that you refused a refund, but you basically lied on a document. I called the next morning and spoke to a dfferent lady, I bet you she does not even know what we look like, because we were not there. And to the night front desk lady, you did nothing wrong!
