Aparthotel Rajska

The hotel was lovely, new and modern. It was kept immaculately and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. The food in the restaurant was top notch. We ate there every day and there was plenty of options, including many local dishes. We stayed with our family and another family with a total of 7 children, the staff were so good with them. The location is perfect for ski in and out with a ski hire shop on the hotel it couldn’t be easier. Would highly recommend for families.

We chose Aparthotel rajska for a family holiday for a week skiing Feb UK half term for 2 adults and 3 kids in a 2-bed apartment. The hotel is absolutely spotless, modern, warm, great Wi-Fi, comfortable….so perfect! Wi-Fi is per apartment so works perfectly. We chose to also go half board (decided when we got there and sampled the food on the first night, delicious and just so convenient eating in the hotel as not many other restaurants nearby and the shop is a fair walk and very small) The food really is amazing and the restaurant is lovely. One thing to mention is that you do not get the choice of the whole menu for the evening meal - and I was a bit worried about this with young kids - however the chef and restaurant staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we all had something we liked. Kids loved the pizza, kebabs, chicken, steaks. I loved the stews, soups, slow cooked meats- delicious. I tried many new dishes and loved them all. The breakfasts were also delicious with a buffet (cereal, breads, the best croissants, fruits) but also an extensive menu with food cooked to order- any type of eggs, bacon, sausage, toasties, French toast. You name it - the chef and waiting staff would get you anything. I am missing the food a lot now I’m home! The staff in the restaurant were friendly and it was a relaxed place with a gorgeous fire. Not too formal- kids could be kids but a lovely atmosphere. Big thanks to Dejan on reception and the other lovely lady receptionists too (Jelen I think and another lovely lady with long hair- sorry I didn’t catch your names). All incredibly kind and would go out their way to make sure all well and happy. Also we loved the guy in the ski shop room and the porter guy (works in military) - all friendly and helpful- with great stories and advice. Even the mini bus driver was fab! What a great bunch! Even offered us a lift if we needed one down the mountain or told us /kids to call him if we ever got lost! So nice of him! Dejan was so helpful before we came- she replied to so many questions and emails I sent. I must’ve been super annoying checking everything. She sent me menus and details for ski school - nothing too much trouble. She even trusted us when the payments wouldn’t go through (uk banks blocked it every time). This hotel staff are brilliant! They get transport for you when needed (such as to the night skiing- highly recommend- expensive but great experience). We even heard that a guest in the hotel when we stayed accidentally left a suitcase and the hotel quickly got a taxi to get it to the airport before she took off. Amazing service! The hotel is super modern, great location - ski on ski off was so convenient (last year such a faff getting kids to the slopes in the car and a walk with skis). This is brilliant, the first day, the slope was closed due to lack of snow, but the hotel arranged the mini bus to and from the main village for us to get to the gondola- only 5 mi

4 adults and 1 kid ＜1 year old in apartment for 4 people. Requested crib was already at the apartment when we got there. Perfectly clean apartment, kindest staff from both hotel and restaurant. The spa and sauna were also spotlessly clean. If it was possible I would give a bigger grade. Great experience and value for money. I would definitely book again!!

Everything about this hotel is amazing! To have a holiday totally faultless just brought the magic of christmas even more. The staff are really pleasant, helpful and always on hand to assist. The restaurant is amazing! We normally dont eat in the hotel's restaurants but found ourselves here every evening. The price of the food and the portions were very reasonable and often better priced than others. For christmas day the chef offered to cook our family of 7 our own beef wellington after enquiring about the aged steak which they had on display. The rooms are spacious and spotless. They were lovely and warm on our arrival with the staff ensuring the temperature was satisfactory after arriving late on our first night. The kitchens are well equipped with fisheasher tablets, tea towels etc left ready for our arrival. We did not have a lot of snow when we arrived so the hotel kindly provided free transfers down to the slopes which were 5 minutes away. If there had of been snow this hotel is in an amazing location literally a stones throw away from the ski school and lifts. We are so impressed with this hotel we definitely will be returning asap!

This hotel is surley the best in jahorina. I really enyojed myself there.The peopole working there are very nice.I didnt see antything bad. The rooms are clean. We realy got evereything we expected.

The service was awesome, people were kind and welcoming i really felt comfortable. The people in the restaurant would always help and try to make our wishes happen. If anything was wrong i just talked with the staff and they will change and do something about it. Would 100% recommend.
