Hotel Capo d'Orso Thalasso & SPA

It was truly an amazing experience. The property is gorgeous, no big buildings, but everything spread out and easy to reach along beautiful paths surrounded by the local plants. The view on the bay from the majority of areas is breathtaking. We stayed in a beautiful room with sea view and the photos on the website don’t do it justice, it was absolutely gorgeous. We ate at all the restaurants on the property (Approdo, Paguro, Ile Flottante) and we were never once disappointed. To be honest, the lunches at the Approdo were just perfect between the view and the food. We took advantage of the solariums, the Cala Selvaggia beach and the pool and it was truly relaxing. We also had a massage and facial at the spa, which was the perfect relaxing activity for a busy day like Ferragosto. I would also add that in spite of being the busiest week during summer in Italy, we always had somewhere to relax and something to do on the property, and the staff made sure we had all our dinner reservations set up to avoid any disappointments. And last, but not least, the staff was just incredible, everyone took such good care in making sure we’re having a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we always had a place to sit and relax. Even before our arrival, Francesco was so helpful in recommending restaurants and a sail boat excursion that made our vacation exceptional. And did I mention the breakfast between the olive trees while listening to an harp playing? A true dream.

Simply a fabulous, fabulous place to stay. Hotel doesn’t really do it justice. A long stretch of private sea access, swimming platforms, amazing sunrises and sets. So much space. The thalasso spa pools are seriously good and effective. Staff everywhere, whatever their role, are delightful, expert, entertaining. Room extremely comfortable. Food first rate. And so relaxed. First rate cocktails too. Love love love love. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely perfect - beautiful setting - go for half board - food very very good - outside eating stunning - if you wish to explore you will need a car - it does need a little updating but we didn’t care - the grounds and communal areas lovely - lots of private areas - Claudio and Rosa deserve special mention xxx big wide world but will be back - Thank you

Thank you for the great time. Simply stunning place. We spent most of the time in the small beach at the end of the property as not many people where there. The Flottante restaurant has a location which is hard to compare with any other one in the area. See you soon!

Cool vibes, quiet, relaxing and romantic at the same time. We spent 10 days here and we loved it. Amazing if you love the nature and you want to stay near Sardinia's best beaches. We already miss the staff and we will definitely come back asap!:)
