To be honest, I shall & should appreciate & Thank the staffs for their courtesy & for their shift response... whether it may be in Reception/ Activity/ Resturant... We had a tasty & delicious Dinner & Breakfast.... Regarding the location, it's really awesome & we experienced the smell of rain & natural beauty of the location... Well maintained campus & the room where we resided are hygiene & cleanliness.. Lastly, to complete my review..I shall & should specially mention about the care and response by supporting staff... Some to name Umesh, Sham, Debanish, Driver of the jeep & others too...

This was our first visit to Sterling Anaikatti Resort from 14th November 2024 to 17th November 2024. We stayed in General Cottage 301 and 302. We reached Sterling Anaikatti via Coimbatore. The rooms and bathrooms were small. The rooms had a queen size bed, one small table, one cupboard for Tea Kettle with supplies and fridge (switched off) and one small wall cupboard for clothes. We had a veranda facing the small river and we used to sit in our balcony to enjoy the river sight with evening tea, memories to be cherished. Resort has a swimming pool, restaurants and Discovery room for various activities. The Room Service was good and everyday Karthik (Supervisor) and Parthipan used to ensure that our rooms are clean, used towels were changed and tea/coffee supplies were topped up regularly. The restaurant was small and food was too good. We had all our meals at the resort restaurant, though items were repeated every alternate day. The restaurant was managed by Debashish. His hospitality was excellent, he was always there to make us feel special, this behaviour was not only with us but with all the guests. The other highlight was the Discovery Room managed by Mrs. Sayani. We all enjoyed playing various games and activities, especially my daughter spent most of her time at the Discovery room. Sayani is quite talented to teach the kids different types of paper craft and art always with that sweet smile. The problem we had with the front desk or reception. I found Ms. Angel to be most unreliable person. One week before our trip I called up and requested for a ground floor room as we have knee problem and it is very difficult to use stairs, still we were given rooms wherein we had to climb steps. Day before our departure we had a detail discussion with Mr. Manoj (other person at Reception) about our delay check-out and it was agreed, that at 11am we will handover one room and other room we will retain till 1pm, so that we can have our lunch. However, at 12:30 Ms. Angel start calling me asking to vacate the room, I told her about the agreement but she said no such thing was discussed and we need to vacate the room immediately. I am not sure is this was a miscommunication in the Front Office or deliberate act. It looks like this Resort does not give preference to Sterling Members and priority was with single day Guest. Our stay was good except for the incident on the departure day.

Sterling Anaikatti Resort is a peaceful and scenic getaway located near the Siruvani River, on the edge of the Western Ghats. Ithu oru remote location-il aanu, but that’s exactly what makes it special. Surrounded by thick forests and hills, the resort offers a calm and refreshing atmosphere, perfect for those who want to escape city stress. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a traditional touch. Morning ellam nature sounds kettu ezhunelkkuka enna oru feel undu. The property is beautifully maintained with plenty of greenery and small walking paths. Food at the restaurant is tasty, especially the South Indian dishes, though slightly expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful – always ready to assist with a smile. Oru evening tribal cultural show kandu, which added a local touch to the experience. Wi-Fi and mobile signals are weak in some areas, but that’s part of the unplugged charm. Sterling Anaikatti is not for party-goers or luxury seekers, but for nature lovers, families, or couples looking for quiet time, ithu perfect aanu. Just sit back, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the simplicity of nature. Njan truly enjoyed the stay and came back refreshed.

Had a wonderful one-day trip to this resort! The environment was serene and beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff were super friendly and provided great care throughout. Highly recommend for a quick getaway! The peaceful surroundings and attentive service made it a perfect escape from daily routine. Will definitely consider coming back!

Good place to stay. Very calm and relaxing. Ideal for pleasant stay and nature loving sights. Special mention to the restaurant team Raja, Debashish, Biswal and chef Subhan. Very tastier food and each and every item is worth tasting and feels like home food. Must visit place and must eat in “Gaja hut” restaurant.!! 5 star for all.

Good stay. Only thing is the bathroom... It is very small. House keeping is good and clean. House keeping Satheesh was very friendly and good Food is also good. Also could have separate pool for kids. Nice climate and can enjoy with family, friends.
