We book this hotel for week in July 2024. Very clean, nice size rooms and facilities. The family that own it are friendly, the staff are great people but we interacted with Fay and Margaret mostly. These two ladies are knowledgeable and great to communicate with. It was a pleasure to stay with them and meet these people. We would 100% return here. Reece!

We have left this hotel today after a 6 night stay and what an exceptional hotel. The friendliness and service we received from every single staff member from check in to check out was some of the best we have received in Europe. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was lots of choice for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms and common areas and pool. The beds were great and the had free water bottles and tea and instant coffee in the room. In Palaiochora is the best hotel. It is reasonably priced for a 5 star service and the staff is extremely nice and friendly. You cannot find anything better in the center. Breakfast was amazing! We had a room facing the street, but there was no traffic neither was noisy. We had a balcony. They have reserved enclosed parking for free.

We are approaching our final day of our 2 week stay at the hotel . The hotel is a modern exceptionally clean and well run hotel with polite friendly staff . For our preference although well equipped the rooms at only 20sq m are too small for a long stay, I would say 3 to 5 nights would be the optimum stay here . There is a definite safety issue that needs addressing . Earlier in our stay I slipped a fell down a flight of marble stairs which were wet badly injuring my back , knee and foot which has turned black and I still cannot get a shoe on . We have had no form of apology or acceptance of liability from the hotel and no offer of anything as an apology other than bags of ice which is pretty disgusting given it’s ruined at least 3 days of our holiday . I’ve told them they need a warning sign at the top of the steps and a handrail on either side as a minimum , will they do it ? I doubt it . As these showers and toilets are frequently used by pool users they should ensure periodic cleaning and drying of these steps also They say mine has been the first accident of this kind which I find hard to believe Very ready to head back home

Lovely hotel. Been twice before. Glad to come back. It’s still as good. Friendly staff. Nice room with patio areas looking over the pool and over the road. Lovely breakfast with loads of choice. Just wish the cups were bigger; they’re more designed for espresso and slop if filled. Convenient for the town, bars and restaurants, but also just out of it. Quiet. Good long pool and had no trouble getting a sunbed; could have nipped over to the beach otherwise. Good base for the area. We also went on a super boat trip to the beautiful Elafonisi. Lots of reasonable restaurants within easy walking. Am sure we’ll be back again.

Excellent choice for stay in Palaiochora. The quality of the whole facilities is very good. They offer a fine atmosphere and the pricing was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was rich and full of good tastes. The Staff was always smiling and helpful and made the experience even more peasant. We recommend the place to solo, couple or family and we will definitely get back again !!
