I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. ที่พักทำเลดีมากค่ะ อยู่ตรงข้ามห้าง cosmo มาดูคอนเสิร์ตสะดวกมาก เดินไปอารีน่าได้สบายๆ ห้องพักสะอาด มีห้องครัวพร้อมอุปกรณ์ด้วย ห้องน้ำอาจจะแคบไปนิดแต่ไม่มีปัญหาค่ะ

This is amazing! The room is cheap and affordable! I went to concert last night and book this hotel! The toilet is small than i expected but it reasonable to the price! Recommend!

Modern and clean hotel. Very good location as it is located next to the train station. Check in and out was a breeze too. Only downside was check in lady wasn’t as friendly. Slightly older lady. Maybe a smile will make customer feel more welcome.

We had an amazing stay here in My Cocoon Hostel Chaeng Watthana. 1. STAY - the stay is cheap but the place is really neat and clean. A little problem with the automatic lock but we figured it out. 2. OWNER - The owner is very polite, friendly, that he listened to all our requests and whims despite the slight language barrier. He even let us use their charger (we forgot to bring our charger during our trip). 3. AMENITIES - Free coffee, free use of blower. Towel and shower gel and shampoo are also available. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended hostel.

Clean and well located across Central mall . Short walk to the main road where you can get access to local food . The central mall has a good food court with numerous types of food at reasonable prices . The shopping mall has a huge supermarket where you can buy groceries at a better price than a convenient store like 7-11.
