I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. La habitación es muy limpia, es más difícil de encontrar, el baño es muy pequeño, los accesorios de lavabo son muy pocos, no hay tostadas de dientes, hay agua para lavar cabello y champán, pero es muy seguro, hay seguridad abajo para vigilar. La habitación tiene nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Cuando se queda, puedes buscar el jardín directamente, Es muy adecuado para nosotros, ah, también está cerca de caminar más de diez minutos. Más de cien dólares por noche son más baratos que yo, la próxima vez volveré 😃

น้ำอร่อย ได้ลดด้วย แต่ห้องไม่ได้เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงน้ำไหล ได้ยินคนพูด แต่ได้เข้าพักก่อนเวลา (ถ้าห้องว่าง) โดยรวมโอเค พอรับได้ ใกล้ ธันเดอร์โดม มีรถตู้รับส่ง ราคาถูก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าสีชมพู ถือว่าดีมากกกก สะดวก ห้องสะอาดเลย แนะนำถ้าใครไม่ได้ติดเรื่องเสียง ถือว่าดี แต่แอร์เย็นช้าไปนิดนึง

Am very impressed with the location and price. While it’s far away from central (slightly) it’s very convenient to go to Impact/thunder dome. The shuttle service was helpful too. Just have to check with the counter when they’re available. The room was clean and comes with free bottled water. I’m particular about taste of water, the provided were good. The room was cold enough as well. Please note that there’s trees surroundings you may expect some bugs from nature but I didn’t see any for myself. The water was not hot enough for me but I can handle 2 days without it. Comes with amenities and no questionable stains seen in towel/bedsheets. Bed was low but I slept well. Will definitely come again when I’m here for short trip to watch a concert.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice.

This place is perfect both location and the comfy room. The room is nice and clean. The service is excellent. Recommend to visit:))

กว่าจะเช็คอินได้ห้อง 5 โมงเย็นในวันที่ห้องพักเต็ม ผ้าขนหนูก็เพิ่งมาส่งให้ช่วงค่ำ พนักงานใช้คีย์การ์ดเปิดเข้าห้องมาเลย ไม่เคาะห้องก่อน อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย และดูแลไม่ทั่วถึงเลย เข้าใจว่าเนื่องจากมี event จัดเลี้ยงปีใหม่ แต่ควรเตรียมให้พร้อมก่อน เพราะราคาไม่ได้ถูก ห้องพักที่ได้ห้องนึงคือพื้นฝุ่นเต็มห้อง เดินแล้วเท้าดำเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ส่วนอีกห้องปกติ บรรยากาศที่พักดี ตกแต่งสวย ริมแม่น้ำวิวดี มารยาทพนักงานดีทุกแผนก
