I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. I had a pretty good stay. The hotel transportation to the concert was really helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food, especially considering the price. The only downside was the pillow cover – it had a musty smell, like it wasn't completely dry, which cost them a star.

Very nice and clean but receptionist not that good. Not near to food places either and no grab

น้ำอร่อย ได้ลดด้วย แต่ห้องไม่ได้เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงน้ำไหล ได้ยินคนพูด แต่ได้เข้าพักก่อนเวลา (ถ้าห้องว่าง) โดยรวมโอเค พอรับได้ ใกล้ ธันเดอร์โดม มีรถตู้รับส่ง ราคาถูก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าสีชมพู ถือว่าดีมากกกก สะดวก ห้องสะอาดเลย แนะนำถ้าใครไม่ได้ติดเรื่องเสียง ถือว่าดี แต่แอร์เย็นช้าไปนิดนึง

พนักงานบริการดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำดี เดินททางสะดวก โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งให้ แต่ในห้องไม่มีสลิปเปอร์ให้เปลี่ยน และได้ห้องติดถนนทำให้ตอนเช้ามาได้ยินเสียงรบกวนไปนิดหนึ่ง ในห้องมีไดร์เป่าผมให้ด้วย ชอบตรงนี้ค่ะ

My room for this trip is a Grand deluxe river view room, the room is spacious and full of useful amenities (They also provide you with a fresh fruit plate which is so lovely). The bed is huge and comfy as well as the A/C that works super good! They do have 2 pools, one outdoor and another one in the middle of the hotel. I would love to suggest this for the one who's looking for a cozy and peaceful place to stay in Nonthaburi where you can enjoy the great view of the Chao Phraya River, I feel so relaxed on this trip (10/10)

We had an amazing stay here in My Cocoon Hostel Chaeng Watthana. 1. STAY - the stay is cheap but the place is really neat and clean. A little problem with the automatic lock but we figured it out. 2. OWNER - The owner is very polite, friendly, that he listened to all our requests and whims despite the slight language barrier. He even let us use their charger (we forgot to bring our charger during our trip). 3. AMENITIES - Free coffee, free use of blower. Towel and shower gel and shampoo are also available. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended hostel.
