I had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement: 1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool. 2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent. 3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.

En general está bien. El centro de atención es Alpaca. No hay club infantil, pero tienen pequeñas actividades al aire libre para niños que no pueden trabajar para el mal tiempo. La habitación es un poco fechada y desnuda. El desayuno es mezclado y podría ser mejor especialmente la facilidad.

Great price for the hotel. Some of the rooms need refurbishment, but after request on first day we were moved into one of the refurbished rooms and,was spotless.

However, I noticed that some food stations were left unattended for a while, leading to items running low. 🫤 Drinks were the real highlight—the Ramayana series cocktail during happy hour was exceptional! The hotel is new and beautiful, with a great environment. The room is large, clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant food is very cost-effective, and it is not far from the national park 🏞️ and some attractions, which is quite convenient .

Booked this hotel based on good reviews especially many mentioned good breakfast. We didn't like it. Most food are cold. Eggs are all pre cooked. Pork and chicken congee no heat up. Also tables are not clean fast. Room toilet is not clean. There are mould and stain. Room is average. For TV, no English movies. Only thai local programmes. Very boring as we wanted to chill in the room watch movies. Water bottles is free for 2 bottles. Additional bottle will be charged 20B. We didn't enjoy the stay much. Will we come back again? No. There are other better resorts. Overall I'm not impressed with this hotel. There's a EV charger in the hotel.

Great Service. The room was spacious and cozy. I love the variety of breakfast. My mom and dad really enjoyed it. The scenery here was beautiful surrounded by lakes and big mountains. What a perfect stay!

ประทับใจมาก บรรยากาศคือที่สุด ถึงแม้จะเดินทางไกลหน่อย รวมถึงการเดินจาก lobby ไปที่พักหรือไปสระน้ำขนาดใหญ่อาจจะเดินเท้าเหนื่อย แต่คุ้มค่ามาก ส่วนห้องพักคือสวยสุด facilities ครบ ร้านอาหารก็ดี

This is my second time here! The hotel design are great. Breakfast is fantastic with many foods. Swinmming pool is good for both kids and adults. There is a magical theme during Nov-Dec which make it more fun
