Chaz and Kelly run the best guest house I have ever had the pleasure of staying at They are friendly, informative and above all know how standards should be maintained, spotlessly clean , extremely comfortable bed and location was so central to town

Great guest house in a fab location. Rooms clean and comfy with tea and coffee making. Hosts Kelly and Chaz are friendly and welcoming which is why we are regular visitors. Rooms have great views too and local restaurants are all good. We will be back

Brilliant stay! We arrived and were met by Kelly she was very welcoming, showed us to our room which was a family room 2 double beds and on suite, it was very clean and lovely with a bit of a sea view, there was tea/coffee making facilities and more bits on request if needed, Kelly said her and Chaz were downstairs if we needed anything and left us to settle in. A little later we went to explore Paignton with the kids on our way out Chaz made a point of introducing himself to us and chatted with the kids for a little while, gave us tips places to go etc. We had an amazing weekend here bit Kelly and Chaz are amazing hosts place is spotless we loved it. Thank you for everything and we can’t wait to come back. The Baileys

Me and my partner stayed here for two days, we had a very warm welcome from the hosts who are lovely, our room was great very comfy bed and everything you need for a short stay, its only a couple minutes walk from the pier and the beach, we will definitely be staying again when we return in the future

What a beautiful and cosy Guest House and Chaz and Kelly the nicest hosts you could ever meet and so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and the bed so cosy. We'll situated in a quiet road and close to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs and Railway. And we met Eric the local 1 legged Seagull. Will be coming back to stay again soon hopefully. Definitely recommend this Guest House to anyone. Thank you Chaz and Kelly xx☀️💕

What a wonderful stay I had at Belle Vista , Kelly and Chas were the perfect hosts and made my stay warm and welcoming, The bedding was clean white sheets And pillowcases . The Guest House is immaculate throughout. The breakfast basket I ordered lasted me two days , The location is a very short distance from the sea front . My advice is don’t ponder over booking it as you may find they are fully booked, I have highly recommended Belle Vista to family and friends . Thank you so much for looking after me Kelly and Chas and hopefully see You both again Val . Nottingham

What a lovely b&b we were greeted by Chas and Kelly and showed us where to park which is a bonus in Paignton not like the bigger hotels charging £15 a night we were then took to our lovely room very clean and plenty of tea coffee and milk very good folder with information with menu's of places to eat we will definitely be coming back thank you Chas & Kelly

The best guesthouse you can find. 🥰 Stayed here multiple times and it feels like we are coming home! Chaz and Kelly are great hosts, helpful understanding and the friendliest of people. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy with complimentary tea and coffee and the added bonus of a mini fridge in the room. Very comfortable beds, with lovely fresh linen and soft fresh towels. An amazing jewel in the heart of Paignton. We’ve booked again and won’t stay anywhere else.
