We're still here at this hotel now, been here 3 nights so far we leave on Thursday. Great location....staff very friendly ....price was fantastic for our stay. Breakfast very good value, plenty of choice.... as well as full English...there is fresh fruit pastries jams and lots more. Best value for money ever. Rooms have been recently refurbished I believe. Super clean modern...lovely fluffy towels lovely warm rooms...with tea and coffee. All staff are so friendly and helpful but a big thankyou to the more mature lady so lovely and recommended a lovely place for is to eat The Boathouse which is 2 mins walk away.

Very pleasant stay of 2 nights. Although only 28 parking spaces for a 92 room hotel, had no problem getting a parking space on both nights. Nice modern hotel with a nice decor, a warm room and comfortable mattress. Hotel was much better than the traditional converted old house hotels which are abundant in Paignton/Torquay. Very good value for money.

Me and my 2 children aged 1 and 3 came for a trip for New Year’s Eve and it was amazing everyone was so welcoming and we enjoyed the hole stay

The whole team on Christmas Eve, including the night staff were cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. They were welcoming , very helpful & efficient or our queries. Breakfast & staff were lovely with a good choice of food. Travelodge should be proud of the Torquay Seafront team. Nice to be in refurbed room - clean, modern furnishings - just need to change the carpet in some areas but maybe that is in the middle of being done. Only stayed 1 night. now. 24th Dec 2024

Only 3 stars mainly because we had issues on both days with entry cards to both rooms (one was disabled) bring back the keys I say Although 5 disabled parking bays a few decided to block all in rather than park round the back But put that aside place was spotless, staff were cheerful, all you and eat breakfast for £9.99 was lovely

Newly refurbished which was very nice. They need to put a set of draws in each room for pants and socks. They also need to put a plastic shelf in the shower to stand your shower gel and shampoo on. These comments will fall on deaf ears by Travelodge as I have suggested this many times. My one criticism is that the one and only toilet in the reception area was out of order. We arrived after a four hour drive, hoping to use the facilities, despite being too early to check in, to be told there wasn't another toilet available, and there were public ones along the seafront!! Come on Travelodge, this is not acceptable customer care.

This is a lovely, bright, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Many rooms overlook the sea and promenade and most things are in walking distance. Perfect for ladies travelling alone, I felt completely safe there and was well looked after by the staff. I thoroughly recommend it.
