One of the best hotel in pahalgam. Located main market with an eye pleasing view. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They serve best food. The taste of the food was top notch. Mr Jasif was very polite and helpful.Overall it was best experience staying here. Highly recommended ❤️ Thanks to volga

Umar was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this property and very well managed staff. Rooms were super clean, comfortable. Apart from this hot water is available everytime and also the things in the property are well maintained. Highly recommended for stay

Spend two nights here and feels like want to add more days. ............Staff very helpful, big room and the heater works very well. The location at the centre of market pahalgam. Can walk around. ...The view fromm the room is very beautiful. Staff is really good .... restaurant staff and management also

This place is one in a thousands. You get access to local market at its front and to its back you have mountains and a river. Rooms need more maintenance and maybe renovation. Room service is not prompt and we need to remind them for our request. Also I must mention the food here is really great. I had breakfast and everything they served was super tasty. Thanks to Volga Specially to Volga management

Very highly recommend. Extremely beautiful property and very warm staff. The rooms are excellent and very warm when we visited Pahalgam during December. The manager Mr. Jasif and Fayaz is a kind persons who helped us when we got stuck in the recent snowstorm on our way back from *** village . I will definitely visit again and look forward to seeing the warm staff soon. Thanks to Volga

Excellent stay. Located in middle of the main market lane of Pahalgam, makes it v easy to explore food options. Central also makes it easy to explore ***, Betaab etc. easy to find cabs, negotiate. Helpful staff, happy and helping. We experienced snowfall in the property itself. It became winterland. Check photos. Riyaz j, Aftab ji, security staff were good. Visited in March

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms are cozy with good views and all facilities with heating. Umar helped us with a good deal in booking. Special mention to the staff including Riyaz and Altaf for the wonderful service. The restaurant also serves quality food.
